Hunk Manager came out and did a walk through to see how many hunks I would need to get my 3 level home packed. When the day came, 4 hunks showed up on time, and got to work wrapping and packing. Matt the leader was polite, adorable, professional and a true hunk. All 4 worked as a team and in 5 hours, both pods were packed floor to ceiling. I was so happy I made them all lunch. If I may make a suggestion, please at least have cold water for these men. They work so hard and sweat in this heat...be human and treat these hard working men as you would like to be treated. It gave me a few choices for times and dates and I chose one over a week out to give me the opportunity to make sure everything was in order and ready to go. My appointment was confirmed, all good right? Wrong! I get an email the day before my appointment saying they can't come, we are out of their service area. So all the stuff that I carried up into the yard to be ready, I have to haul back to the basement. If we are out of the service area, then I shouldn't be able to make an appointment based on my address and zip code! Letting me know the day before was really poor form. Service was great. Removal of my few pieces of furniture only took a few trips. The only drawback…read morewas the cost. Breaking it down it cost was about $100 per item. I'm not sure my furniture would have taken up between a quarter to half the truck if stacked. That said figuring out how to move the furniture myself would be onerous and I just wanted it gone.
