Not only did they not complete the job, they ruined the gazebo. I received no reimbursement of any kind. And on top of everything, they were extremely late showing up both days and communication was terrible. On the morning of the move, Nate and Marquis showed up before 8:30, and after an initial walk through to see what they would be loading, got right to work. Both Nate and Marquis were respectful and professional in their interactions, as well as the handling of my belongings. They were also very efficient. They started at my apartment at 8:30 a.m. and were done unloading everything at my new house, about 3 miles away, at 10 a.m. 90 minutes to accomplish what would have taken me and my rag tag team of friends several hours and lots of sweat and swearing to do. They left stuff at my old house and were called back to pick items up. I still had to move things myself the next day I went back to clean. Items were damaged, not wrapped in padded blankets, secured properly in the back of the truck, boxes fell on other things in the truck, you name it. They complained about things being heavy, moved furniture and broke it, instead of using two people to lift it. I could go on and on. Needless to say. I will be looking to another moving company for my next move. It's pretty bad when the owner calls you to ask if you can help load things on the truck or if you can take extra things in your vehicle.
