Very bad experience. Was told multiple different delivery dates by different people within the company. Delivery was delayed even longer than expected (10 days post pick up). Boxes were labelled incorrectly and a handful of things were placed in random boxes/bins making it difficult to find certain items. On arrival, this made it difficult to put things in the correct places. The delivery team on arrival seemed in a hurry to leave, not placing boxes in the correct rooms. This made it difficult for me as I couldn't carry the boxes by myself, so I had to open boxes on a floor and slowly bring things a few items at a time up or down to a different floor. Many boxes/bins were placed in the garage that should have gone in the house. The assembly team that came to put the trampoline back together had to come back twice because we initially couldn't find the box of trampoline parts. Additionally, I had a hard time getting in touch with them the second time until the company owner reached out to me and then reached out to them. Then I later discovered that the the metal pieces holding up the basket on the front of my bike were damaged badly, bent in multiple spots and need to be replaced. My refrigerator doors are also out of alignment now and a small corner piece on one door is damaged. Tried reaching out to the coordinator and claims department to address these issues and still without resolution for the problem. The line for the claims department has a full inbox and I am unable to leave a voicemail. EXTREMELY chaotic and horrible experience with this company. Would NOT recommend. read more

If you're such a good moving company, you'd list all reviews good or bad. With that, you've managed to hide my review of your company and movers theft of items that are still not in my possession. Seems like everyone working for rhis company lost brain cells when it comes to questions about things not returning back. Things got packed and came back totally shuffled through and noticeably missing. I didn't k ow a fabricated bought five star company would allow it's employees to steal from the customer. No one will give me any information on staffing company or other employees that moved us at that time. I need to do a police report. Delivery day came the driver only showed up with 2 to 3 papers and I have 12 forms showing packed items. He called and his lead person told him there was nothing more from the forms that come up. I was told from one of the crew members that are company is considered VIP. That's a total lie! Payed $7,000 for storage and probably that lying a** Five star joke of a rating. Their 3rd party people that handle settles should be depleted. Second graders seem to be running this company. I'd advise, don't us them. Very damn disappointing! read more

They bring your boxes into the room you want them in which saved us time having to move boxes from room to room. Everything went great from setting move up to the final destination. Driver and manager refuse to take responsibility in damage to a friend's house caused by their driver's actions, specifically stating that it's not their fault. Like a whole house jumped in front of their moving vehicle. Ridiculous! My friend and his family are currently without power and utility lines now. Make it right Powell Moving & Storage! read more
