In a nutshell, our experience of Dr. Beaudette's office is incompetence and indifference. I'm sure…read moreDr. Beaudette knows his stuff, but our experience has been a pattern of zero communication and unacceptable delays. Even doctors can't seem to get him to return essential phone calls. My mother was scheduled for hip replacement surgery, but needed to be cleared by Dr. Beaudette because of her Afib. For months, we heard nothing from his office and despite many phone messages from us and from her surgeon, we still had heard nothing up until 4 days before surgery. When his office finally got in touch, we were informed that she had needed to get a stress test (that we were not told about), and that we were supposed to be measuring her blood pressure and heart rate weekly. Unfortunately, because these things were not accomplished, it was too late, and her surgery was scrapped. My sister and I live out of state. We have taken time off work to not only get her ready for surgery, but in anticipation of caring for her post-op. The person at his office that we spoke too was uninformed and incompetent -- she didn't seem to know what medication my mother was on, among many other things. This is the second time my mother's surgery has been cancelled and she is suffering not only emotionally, but she is in constant and severe pain. This surgery was necessary and now because of the surgeon's schedule and our own work schedules, she will have to wait approximately 4 months for another try. We have never experienced such ineptness and disregard. Even though Dr. Beaudette is the only visiting cardiologist to the hospital in my mother's town, we will be shopping for a new doctor, even it means driving miles away.

These reviews to my right are just way off the wall.BLA BLA BLA…read moreThe Communication sounds like you got it wrong. Regardless my doctor, Dr Fitzgerald is the best,He informs you teaching you of what is going on with you.Explaining, not just coming up with a diagnosis. That makes him a great doctor.I want to be informed .I ask questions. I write questions down so when i get there i make sure i get them all answered. I had some what of a very irritating condition that was prolonged for the week end.I was sat my end.The doctor i saw Debra Margolis, at the walk in clinic. She Was very kind understanding ,I Felt very comfortable with hr.I will choose her as my back up next time that's how at ease i was. i had called ahead to make an appointment. Like the complainers next to me its a busy office.EVERYWHERE IN THE USA.Finding the right doctor is first priority.Thats what counts.

Horrible experience today at the Bedford, NH location. Front office support is the worst…read more For annual physical, was informed I could get my labs done a week prior to the physical. I drove to NH from Massachusetts and waited an hour to have blood drawn. Once served, it was determined no lab orders were available. Called Bedford DMC front office of which they told me lab order was expired (just talked to them a week prior about scheduling labs mind you). Courtney informed me there was nothing she could do. I fasted all night and morning and drove 30+ miles to receive such a nasty response. Hopefully, I will, eventually, get a lab order and do this all over again before my physical exam (not holding my breath). I am very loyal to my primary care physician, Dr. Koshy, and have been seeing him for over 20+ years as I still see him even though I relocated to Massachusetts. However, at this point, I may have to change primary care services to something more local to Massachusetts. This is unfortunate, as Dr. Koshy is the best! However, I cannot say the same for his support staff.

Today June 15 2020 NH PHASE 2 Covid. We can now eat in restaurants but need a mask on the exam…read moretable at a Dr. office! This practice should tell you when making an appointment that you're required to wear a mask at all times during your visit. After checking in, getting temperature taken (not told what it was) and asked if I've traveled outside of Maine, NH or VT in the last 14 days I was brought back to a room. She then asked me to keep a face mask on. I questioned why I need to wear it in the exam room (I have asthma and severe anxiety when face is covered). She said it was mandatory and would go check with Rachel (NP) to see if they would still see me. She sent Laura (office manager) in to talk about wearing the face mask in the room, said I swore at the nurse and it would be best to just go to urgent care. Extremely unprofessional. As I was leaving Dr Collins (known for 30+ years) was in the hallway and I had a brief discussion about what had just happened in his office and was there to have my ears checked. He had given me a prescription (antibiotic) in April while out of state. Ear pain is back and so am I. He could've taken me in and checked my ears. Instead, told me Rachel is still on the phone (40 minutes after 11am appointment time) and to call in if I'd like a prescription refill. I've had severe dizziness and and vertigo for 2 months, never had an ear infection and my grandfather died of brain cancer. Wow, thanks Doc.
