They were not nice about didn't want to work with me and my insurance company since the office manager admitted the mistake that she thought they were in network. They did change it to self pay but it was $45 per visit. I pay $45 for five visits at in network doctor. So lesson learned.

Unfortunately, my insurance only covers once a month visits, but being in chronic pain, I was willing to forgo other things and spend the extra money needed to get some relief. AND, when broken down, with the discount given when I paid upfront, it wasn't as expensive as other doctors charge. I'll admit, the first 3 months or so, I was definitely in pain after the adjustments. I could feel my spine was fighting the corrections. Eventually, due to Dr. Sam's persistence, it gave up the fight! He's a very caring, considerate, and compassionate person. terrible experience. a complete waste of time. waited 2 weeks for a return call, and was very…read moreunprofessional in her requests and responses. she was critical of me because I didn't return some forms to her office before an appt, and when I reminded her I had called the week before and told her I would bring them with me at my next appt she claimed to have no knowledge of those arrangements. no apology or admission that she may be the one who made a mistake. she was accusatory and acted as if I was trying to get away with something, although I couldn't figure out what that would be, and when I didnt change my answer, she once again berated me for not returning the forms before our next appt (in spite of the fact I had been given no info on when she expected them back). that was enough so I canceled my appt and found someone else. our visits were primarily spent retelling the same basic information about myself and repeating answers to questions that I had answered several times before so the only value I was receiving was RX refills. I didn't get anything out of our visits so I found another provider who is more helpful and less hostile.
