I needed a length of rope for my boat so I stopped at Upper Canada Marine. there was a lady on the…read morephone in the back and the sales guy dealing w a couple who wanted to buy a boat. when I entered the store I literally had to walk around the sales guy n his clients due to the fact they were all standing around the door. Sad part was, the sales guy did not even make eye contact with me, did not say hi, welcome, I'll be with you in a minute or even nod in my direction. i proceeded to gather the length I needed and was forced to wait for an attendant to cut the rope for me. just as I was ready, the sales guy proceeded to his office with his clients to close the deal...out of sight out of mind im guessing. I focussed my attention to the lady on the phone in the back n after about 5 phone calls no one even looked in my direction. I stood there like an idiot for 10 minutes watching this lady run from her desk to the back about 12 times then stopping to converse w mechanical staff before I just left out of feeling disrespected and completely ignored. this is not the first time I've had problems with this store. do not feed these guys money...I will 100% be driving an hour to the next boat shop to buy my bow rider. treat others the way you would like to be treated.

I looked at their straightforward website, told them what I was interested in and arranged an appointment to look at models on the lot. Angie and her new salesman Doug were friendly and knowledgable. They gave me their genuine opinions, but also listened to me. There were no hard sales tactics and no extra pressure when I said no to things. In the end I got a deal that I am happy with and I would definitely recommend doing business with them again.

One marina I would recommend to avoid is Rosedale marina, don't buy gas at the start of the season cause its got water in it ,and if you have any serious problems, don't take it there ,trust me , it's a make work project from start to never really finish.
