Without asking or clearing it with me, he removed thousands of files from Lightroom, including many 5-star rated ones I currently use. My computer even crashed following one of his operations. (See photo) He couldn't fix What he'd done. At first, he agreed to reimburse me, but then said he wouldn't give me anything back. I had to pay someone else to clean up his mess, and then to do the work I'd hired Mehul to do in the first place. As soon as I said to Mehul that I wanted my money back, he got nasty and began telling "untruths" about what had occurred. A huge waste of my time and money. Would not recommend.

They were extremely communicative, provided a fast resolution and ensured my PC was working to the best of it's ability. They were able to identify the power going to the GPU wasn't enough, due to user error on my part during the installation. They even went and updated my BIOS, drivers, and OS! They examined it thoroughly and ultimately diagnosed the problem as a fault in the motherboard. The solution turned out to be putting my solid state drive into another laptop several generations newer....effectively salvaging all my data and apps on a newer machine...all this for a few hundred bucks.
