So even though Whirlpool lists C & J Electric as a service provider, that is only good if you purchased the actual appliance from them. I deserved the courtesy of a callback and honest answer rather than just being left to waste my day. This behavior ensures I would NEVER want to spend any money there, rather than pushing me to think I should buy there to know I would have service available.

It seems like there is a lack of organization between staff and delivery scheduling. I hope management takes steps to improve communication so future customers don't have the same experience.
