Found the pull-outs and assorted storage accessories I thought I'd want and after a little poking around I figured, correctly, that the unfinished cabinets were on the mezzanine. There was a good selection of drawer or door face cabinets from 12" up but they weren't quite what I was looking for. Went downstairs and looked through cabinet hardware for a bit and after finding all the necessary pieces decided I'd be better off finding a good set of plans and making my own custom cabinets. I like Maynard's, it's more hardware than home improvement and you need to have an idea of what you're about to get up to and how to get it done. After that it's all ducks and gravy :-)

So even though Whirlpool lists C & J Electric as a service provider, that is only good if you purchased the actual appliance from them. I deserved the courtesy of a callback and honest answer rather than just being left to waste my day. This behavior ensures I would NEVER want to spend any money there, rather than pushing me to think I should buy there to know I would have service available.

I went to the Chillicothe Lowe's and was rudely treated. I have called Lowe's several times without any results. I have called the manufacturer warranty without any results. I have spoiling food and no one seems to care. Do not buy from Lowe's and do not buy Hisense products. Neither one stands by their products. It's not customer service it is customer screw over!

Won't replace it, don't care we went through thanksgiving digging out of an ice chest and now maybe through Christmas too! Making up lies and stories and no one can keep them straight. I never knew this would ever be a possibility that a store won't replace a refrigerator that has not worked properly since day 1. They want us to wait for parts to come in but no one knows what the part is while some say the part doesn't even exist!! Time to replace it!!!! I'm in customer service and always the understanding one, but this place has serious issues and I'd advise no one to ever shop this place again! I was looking to buy a mattress, so the lady walked me over to bedding and introduced me to Shannon. Shannon is awesome! She knows everything there is to know about every mattress and pillow in the store. I was truly impressed at how much she knew off the top of her head!! She told me about the special they were running, and I got two free pillows with my mattress. She was not pushy, she was very patient with me trying to decide which mattress I wanted. She was very nice, happy and easy to talk with, a true pleasure to do business with. After I decided which mattress & pillows I wanted, Shannon wrote up my order and we scheduled the delivery. Then she walked me to the front desk to pay for everything , that's where I met Grace. Grace is awesome too! She took care of my payment and double checked the delivery date for me. I had to wait a few minutes while they brought my pillow from the warehouse. Grace and I talked about the store and everything. rShe is very knowledgeable about all of the different items Big Sandy carries. She was very polite, happy and easy to talk with, a true pleasure to do business with. I was amazed how reasonable their prices are for a Stearns & Foster mattress. I was expecting to pay a lot more, then to get 300.00 in pillows, that was a huge bonus !! They are very flexible on delivery too. When my mattress was delivered, the three men were so nice, clean, respectful of my house and very efficient. They removed my old mattress and set up my new mattress all within twenty minutes. They were great !! I highly recommend the Big Sandy store in Chillicothe. If you want a great store with a huge selection of items, remarkably low prices and excellent customer service, definitely go to this store, they are AWESOME !!!

We were offered free delivery for the inconvenience, which we appreciated--but unfortunately, the issue continued. When we called again Tuesday, we were told the delivery was now pushed back to the 24th. This has been a very frustrating experience with poor communication and inconsistent information. It seems like there is a lack of organization between staff and delivery scheduling. I hope management takes steps to improve communication so future customers don't have the same experience.

Long review but hopefully thorough to explain why I will be calling these guys first next time I…read moreneed a repair. My ice maker was broken for the 2nd time in a year and a half. Last company I used was very nice, but it was a hefty bill and it took a handful of days for them to come over, determine what was wrong, then a few more days to order the part. This was also in the summer time when I love having ice in my drinks. This time I sent out what I thought the job required via Yelp to several companies. Larue Mechanical Services was one of the first to respond. On top of that they were able to determine what the likely cause and fix was (basically just replacing it) and give me a total estimate cost of the repair before they came over. Other companies were able to provide me their service fees but their hourly rate would vary depending on the job. This isn't uncommon from what I can tell, but I like the fact that Larue was able to give me what they thought it would cost. I understand not all jobs can work like that as repairs can be more complicated and determined on site, but it was part of why I chose them. They were communicative, got the part ordered asap, and replaced it all in 2-3 days. The repair happened on a Friday, and turns out, there was a small error in replacing it. The new ice maker was just dripping water all over and freezing. I let them know this on a Saturday and, despite being closed, responded that they would have to come back out. They responded to several texts about what to do in the meantime to stop the water from building up any more (again while they were closed on a weekend). They were, unfortunately, swamped all day Monday with emergency calls from the weekend. As much as I wanted my machine repaired, I would not classify it as an emergency either. They were able to come out on Tuesday and get it all fixed up though. The final bill was just a little cheaper that what they previously estimated, which was nice. The final bill was also about significantly cheaper than the last repair I had on this freezer. I am going to call Larue first if I ever have an appliance repair need again (which I am sure is a matter of "when" not "if"). The gentleman who did the repairs also took a little time to give my cats and dogs a little attention to let them know he was a safe visitor, which was very nice to see as well.
