This review is left after talking to co owner chris about a issue. I would leave negative stars but was forced to leave 1 star which is way too many for this business. POOR customer service/cheap quality! Recently we laid to rest a family member and I called Charley's flowers (should be called I don't care flowers,imo). Since relative was very dear and none of our family members could attend I order a big wreath. Was notified by barb that a certain type of flower was unavailable they would substitute a lesser flower. I was charged FULL price for lesser flower. The poor customer service that comes into play is since I was ordering from across the country that a picture of the wreath be taken and kindly sent to me. Barb flat out refused! Stating " oh we will not do that/ We will not do that! ". Why is that I asked and barb stated we can't do it. I also asked chris the same question and her answer was " we don't want to use our personal cell phones to do it. With technology today a pic can be taken/uploaded and emailed. Is it because they don't want the paying customer to see the lesser quality of flowers they already paid for???? Simple but for this company it seems like they don't care to give quality customer service. I have used Charley's flowers since the 80s. I don't know if there is new owners with crappy customer service skills or owner that isn't up with the times but this event has me finished with this business. Im sure the owners with either disregard this posting or respond with their twisted version of the truth, either way they have lost a long time customer. read more

I live out of State and needed to send my parents some flowers in Chillicothe, OH for Easter. I saw a pretty picture on Charly's Flowers website and placed my order for same day delivery. Just a couple hours later my parents email me a picture of the flowers they had received and it was gorgeous just like the picture on the website! They were elated with the flowers and best of all it was inexpensive and no Holiday delivery fees like everyone else wants to charge. I grew up in Chillicothe and live out of state. My family still resides there, I have called a few times to have flowers sent to them for various occasions. They are always so nice to speak with and so helpful when selecting what to get.
