This location is huge and has metered parking right out front. Inside, you'll find everything Marshall-related you could ever want. As a medical student here, it's great to be able to walk in and buy merchandise specific to our program as gifts for my family and friends. I feel their prices are fair considering the high quality of the items, and they are generous in working with special sales-related fundraisers like the Class of 2021's scholarship fundraiser. Given the size of the place, it can sometimes be a challenge to find what you're looking for, though the staff is always quick to offer their help in hunting down that specific item you need. Overall, Glenn's is awesome and I am glad that Marshall works so closely with them rather than some big national megacorp. Kudos to them both! Overall: 4.5 stars ---- Pros: - Amazing selection of Marshall gear in a huge building. - Stellar service, definitely helps a lot when you know exactly what you're looking for. - Convenient location near Pullman Square. These shorts looked like the others on the rack, not like it was misplaced. Totally disappointed. Felt like the old "Bait and Switch" routine. I knew they would not honor the price. Cashier said Store does it all the time. I took picture of sale offer and shorts. Cashier doing her job and was nice. Did not buy shorts. Normally I like this store, Very Very unhappy with this business tactic.

I had been looking to purchase a Ruger LCP custom for a few months. A lot of the retailers online…read morehave been sold out and I was on the wait list of 3 separate sites because I couldn't find them sold anywhere within my price range. I don't have the requisite attention span for any of those auction firearm sites, either, so I was starting to feel like I might be shiitake out of luck. But then, a google search while I was waiting at the laundromat revealed that Vance Outdoors had my model in stock! There was even a cursory guide to buying firearms via the Internet on the site itself, which was extremely helpful as I had never purchased a firearm before. Due to my general incompetence, I was still a bit confused. I called the Online Help number listed on the site. Usually when I call a store like this, I'm on hold for at least 10 minutes and there are about 5 "Let me transfer you"s. Not so with Vance Outdoor! They picked up on the second ring and got me to the right department within a minute. Having worked retail before, I am able to appreciate how insanely fast that is. Hot damn, Vance Outdoor! Greg from the internet team is phenomenal. He was able to answer all of my questions concerning the FFL transfer and give me some helpful tips about my purchase. He even followed up via email after my FFL got sent to the store. The whole transaction was quick and painless. I wish they had a location in my state :C
