This location is huge and has metered parking right out front. Inside, you'll find everything Marshall-related you could ever want. As a medical student here, it's great to be able to walk in and buy merchandise specific to our program as gifts for my family and friends. I feel their prices are fair considering the high quality of the items, and they are generous in working with special sales-related fundraisers like the Class of 2021's scholarship fundraiser. Given the size of the place, it can sometimes be a challenge to find what you're looking for, though the staff is always quick to offer their help in hunting down that specific item you need. Overall, Glenn's is awesome and I am glad that Marshall works so closely with them rather than some big national megacorp. Kudos to them both! Overall: 4.5 stars ---- Pros: - Amazing selection of Marshall gear in a huge building. - Stellar service, definitely helps a lot when you know exactly what you're looking for. - Convenient location near Pullman Square. On Oct 19 at 1:53pm went to Chillicothe Location. Saw the "in store special" Under amour shorts,…read more$19.99 had the styles rack mostly full. Take shorts up to counter and price $30.00. These shorts looked like the others on the rack, not like it was misplaced. Totally disappointed. Felt like the old "Bait and Switch" routine. I knew they would not honor the price. Cashier said Store does it all the time. I took picture of sale offer and shorts. Cashier doing her job and was nice. Did not buy shorts. Normally I like this store, Very Very unhappy with this business tactic.

After looking 5+years and working with the same local dealer we decided now was the time for our…read morenew boat! Unfortunately that dealer thought we were suckers and would buy whatever "deal" they handed us. They flat out lied about prices and "cutting commissions" just for us. We almost gave in, then decided maybe this just wasn't our year. Then we found Vance's. What an amazing experience!! We spoke with Scott and Trey over email and phone calls and they were so incredibly nice! They are 3 hours from us, so we didn't want any surprises. They were detailed and informative every step of the way. We bought our boat, sight unseen and headed out to pick her up. But there were surprises....Mark and Hunter! My goodness....such incredible people! We had a small hiccup with our trailer but everything came out perfectly. Hunter made us feel as if we were family and helped us get all our necessary gear for our first ever boat. Mark!! How we wish we could have brought him home for private lessons (and a day on the lake! )! He took us out on Buckeye Lake and introduced us to our new boat, no rush, took whatever time we needed. The one thing about all 4 of the men we worked with is that no one made us feel stupid for knowing very little about boating. They answered every question without judgement. I wish they were closer, they were a wealth of information and felt like friends we've known forever by the time we left.
