i like this business in general it's not bad but there is plenty room for many improvements…read moreincluding better staff, customer care/service, better prices on buying and selling items especially for customers who have been shopping, pawning and selling items through them for years and haven't had any or very few loss of belongings from lack of paying the monthly minimum payments on time.. or when they actually come back before the time limit is up and paying the pawn loan in full. That's the biggest thing for me personally .. they should be making a bigger effort to take better care of their regular/loyal customers.
