Our chair broke a week after buying it and they have a standard one year warranty. They don't have any parts for the chair at all so they simply offered a discount. We took it and made the repair ourselves the best we could.

Since the case cracked it was considered an accident so it was covered by goof proof. BUT after 22 emails and 8 pictures, I video call, I was told their service department needed to order a part. Someone suggested I look on EBay or Amazon and BINGO, I got the part in one day for $79 From Amazon. I wrote one last email to Guardian, and I told them to cancel their so called search and this should not go towards the one repair per item rule, since I did the work. I do not recommend Bobs because they were not any help to me, the customer, and please stay away from their "goof proof" guarantee. Buying a chair should not be that much work.

Although it's relatively intuitive, the self-service checkout attendant was willing to help. While not necessary for me, it would have been beneficial for customers like my elderly parents. In the winter, I sometimes wander the store weekly and browse the tastefully decorated displays, often noticing something new each time. They're the only shop I know of in my area that sells individual "Lucky Bamboo" stalks, which is nice as I don't have to buy a whole new pot if one of my stalks dies. Other than the live bamboo, I primarily purchase small decorative items to accentuate my home, but IKEA would have been perfect for furniture when I moved away for college or got my first apartment. Whether you're looking for a new piece of furniture, a complete remodel consult, a new dinner plate, or maybe dinner itself from the restaurant, IKEA is the place to go.
