The experience took a sharp turn when I spoke to a salesperson. After I clearly stated that I was shopping around and also planned to visit Colder's to compare prices and models, the salesperson immediately became incredibly dismissive and rude. He looked at me and said, "What are you doing here when there is better prices at Colders?" and then literally just walked away without another word. I was honestly left standing there stunned. I understand that sales is competitive, but for an employee to actively tell a potential customer to leave the store and shop elsewhere is shocking. It clearly demonstrated that they do not value customer service or my business. Even my 11 year old daughter that was with me said, "Wow, they really don't want your business". I took the salesperson's advice and immediately left to spend my money with a company that understands basic professionalism. Save yourself the time and the frustration.

Our chair broke a week after buying it and they have a standard one year warranty. They don't have any parts for the chair at all so they simply offered a discount. We took it and made the repair ourselves the best we could.

Since the case cracked it was considered an accident so it was covered by goof proof. BUT after 22 emails and 8 pictures, I video call, I was told their service department needed to order a part. Someone suggested I look on EBay or Amazon and BINGO, I got the part in one day for $79 From Amazon. I wrote one last email to Guardian, and I told them to cancel their so called search and this should not go towards the one repair per item rule, since I did the work. I do not recommend Bobs because they were not any help to me, the customer, and please stay away from their "goof proof" guarantee. Buying a chair should not be that much work.
