I was able to book my appointment online and got right in! The shop was clean and the tech did a great job!

I am a born & raised, year round Cape local. I don't often treat myself, but once in a blue moon I do. I booked an appointment for a mani/pedi. The pedi is great. The mani... not so much. The tech removed my cuticles so forcefully I bled on both pinkies. When the red polish smeared onto the right hand middle finger (below the second knuckle) she used a nail file to remove the polish... She used a harsh nail file against my skin... I was speechless. I paid, tipped and left-- I know, I should've spoken up then and there about the situation, but it wasn't until I left that I realized just **how bad** it was. I called to explain my feelings and asked for a refund for the manicure portion of my session. I was not asking for a complete refund-- just wanted my money back for the manicure I paid for. I was told, flat out, that I would not be refunded due to "policy". When I explained I had polish around my fingers, I was told I could just use acetone to remove it myself. When I told her the tech caused bleeding on both hands, I was met with a defensive tone and blamed for why I bled-- stating I had very "difficult cuticles". Again, I asked for a refund and was denied. They stated they would just redo the nails entirely. I kindly explained I am looking to be refunded so I can go somewhere else. Still, I was refused my a refund. I understand that I have a different shape & shorter nails than the included inspo picture, but what I received is completely different-- patchy, bulbous, bubbly, inconsistent, polish on my skin, and some nails aren't fully covered. Not to mention I left with two bleeding pinkies... Between refusing to refund my money, the awful manicure, the unacceptable customer service the injuries to my fingers (and being blamed for it), and the unsanitary/unclean tools-- run from this place. Not only will you not receive what you asked for, you're at a major risk of injury & infection from an establishment like this. read more

The staff is rude. The salon is filthy. Their children are running around the salon. The staff was eating on the pedi chairs while I was having my nails done. That experience was terrible, but the worst was when a male technician sitting in a pedi chair was PICKING HIS NOSE. I freaked out and he was told to go in the back. I brought my 2 granddaughters in for "Thanksgiving" nails. I made an appointment and explained what I coming in for. The women did not greet us... one was on her phone and the other was napping in a pedi chair. I helped my girls pick colors. The young woman pointed to two chairs and said "one there....one there..". No smile. no convo. nothing. I am a local... pay cash.... This was a terrible experience for myself and my granddaughters. Do not bring young girls there.... very disrespectful to them. WORST gel pedicure I've ever had AND THE MOST EXPENSIVE....$50?!? I was in and out of there in 27 minutes, and he had to take polish off!! The water was cold, nails filed crooked, didn't clean under the nail bed, didn't cut the cuticles, 30-second massage, and the polish went everywhere. He attempted to "fix" it when I pointed out the polish was on my skin and cuticles which only made it worse. Not to mention the place is dirty, the attitude is "I could car less, how fast can I get you in/out of here," and it's one of the MOST expensive pedicures I've had and I live in a major city. So, I went up the street and had it redone. And it was done right. read more

I was able to get in quickly I called the day before for an acrylic nail fix and gel polish and I believe it was one of the owners who did them I'm awful with names but he did an amazing job and the staff was very friendly! Would recommend ! read more

What a disappointing experience!! I paid $70.00 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. From the very start, everything was rushed and disorganized. The workers' kids were running around with their toys all over the floor, which could've been a tripping hazard. The technician who did my gel manicure didn't let my nails sit under the UV light the full minute. Upon first coat, the nail polish came out watery and separated. I was hoping she would have at least shaken the bottle, but it was clear she had other priorities like kicking back in one of the massage chairs with a banana. read more

This is hands down the worst manicure I've ever gotten, and this is the result after going back to fix the initial manicure. I've been coming to this place on and off to support them over the last few years on Cape Cod, to give the benefit of the doubt, but between the rude manner of the owner and now this, I just can't justify it anymore. Went in at 4:30 PM and they said to come back at 6. Came back at 6 PM and waited 20 minutes for someone to start to take the gel off my hands. Since they overbooked themselves, they did a rush job on my nails. The guy did such a horrible job that my gel manicure chipped within 14 hours of me getting it done. We had guests so I couldn't go back to complain and ask them to do it again. There were three of us that had 6 pm appointments and one of the women waited an hour and was never seen. She walked out after they took a guy who had a 6:30 PM appointment. Overall, horrible experience. They were more concerned about getting money and rushing is through than doing a good job. I've been twice and the young girl did a good job which is the only reason I'm giving this place two stars. No matter how many people are there, she takes her time and treats you how you should be treated. The other three workers that were there, not so much. read more

If you're coming to the Cape for the weekend with your girlfriends this is not the place to go! When we walked in and sat in the pedicure chairs there was children's ABC music playing loudly on an iPad as the owners child sat in a high chair eating right next to us. The pedicure was approximately 20 minutes consisting of a quick dip in hot water, switch of the feet to cut our nails and a very quick buff of the bottom of the feet. The polish application was messy and no care was taken between coats. Save your money and do your own toes if this place is your only option. Total waste of $$. read more

Well if zero stars was a thing Harwich Nails would get zero stars. I agreed on a price of 38 dollars for a dip removal manicure. When I went to pay he said 53 dollars. Apparently placing one rose sticker on each of my nails at the end cost fifteen dollars. To look like a little kid put it on. He added nothing else at all. I questioned the price so I said it cost fifteen dollars for you to flip me off. Wierd.. I was going to consider not telling the owner that because I asked what time it I realize he must have thought I was hurrying him along when I just had an appointment in an hour and needed to know the time. He then got rude and said what does it matter which finger I used to push down the sticker ( he used a tool to push down all nine fingers but pushed down the sticker after I asked with his middle finger pointing at me) and told me to get out of there. An employee action is one thing but I'm disappointed the owner or manager present who heard me didn't step in and make the situation right! So avoid completely!!!! bad decor, rude employees, inadequate management and a horrible vibe!!! read more
