I brought my 2 granddaughters in for "Thanksgiving" nails. I made an appointment and explained what I coming in for. The women did not greet us... one was on her phone and the other was napping in a pedi chair. I helped my girls pick colors. The young woman pointed to two chairs and said "one there....one there..". WORST gel pedicure I've ever had AND THE MOST EXPENSIVE....$50?!? I was in and out of there in 27 minutes, and he had to take polish off!! The water was cold, nails filed crooked, didn't clean under the nail bed, didn't cut the cuticles, 30-second massage, and the polish went everywhere. He attempted to "fix" it when I pointed out the polish was on my skin and cuticles which only made it worse. Not to mention the place is dirty, the attitude is "I could car less, how fast can I get you in/out of here," and it's one of the MOST expensive pedicures I've had and I live in a major city. So, I went up the street and had it redone. And it was done right. read more

What a disappointing experience!! I paid $70.00 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. From the very start, everything was rushed and disorganized. The workers' kids were running around with their toys all over the floor, which could've been a tripping hazard. The technician who did my gel manicure didn't let my nails sit under the UV light the full minute. Upon first coat, the nail polish came out watery and separated. I was hoping she would have at least shaken the bottle, but it was clear she had other priorities like kicking back in one of the massage chairs with a banana. read more

This is hands down the worst manicure I've ever gotten, and this is the result after going back to fix the initial manicure. I've been coming to this place on and off to support them over the last few years on Cape Cod, to give the benefit of the doubt, but between the rude manner of the owner and now this, I just can't justify it anymore. Well if zero stars was a thing Harwich Nails would get zero stars. I agreed on a price of 38 dollars for a dip removal manicure. When I went to pay he said 53 dollars. Apparently placing one rose sticker on each of my nails at the end cost fifteen dollars. To look like a little kid put it on. He added nothing else at all. I questioned the price so I said it cost fifteen dollars for you to flip me off. Wierd.. I was going to consider not telling the owner that because I asked what time it I realize he must have thought I was hurrying him along when I just had an appointment in an hour and needed to know the time. He then got rude and said what does it matter which finger I used to push down the sticker ( he used a tool to push down all nine fingers but pushed down the sticker after I asked with his middle finger pointing at me) and told me to get out of there. An employee action is one thing but I'm disappointed the owner or manager present who heard me didn't step in and make the situation right! So avoid completely!!!! bad decor, rude employees, inadequate management and a horrible vibe!!! read more

If you're coming to the Cape for the weekend with your girlfriends this is not the place to go! When we walked in and sat in the pedicure chairs there was children's ABC music playing loudly on an iPad as the owners child sat in a high chair eating right next to us. The pedicure was approximately 20 minutes consisting of a quick dip in hot water, switch of the feet to cut our nails and a very quick buff of the bottom of the feet. The polish application was messy and no care was taken between coats. Save your money and do your own toes if this place is your only option. Total waste of $$. read more

Went in at 4:30 PM and they said to come back at 6. Came back at 6 PM and waited 20 minutes for someone to start to take the gel off my hands. Since they overbooked themselves, they did a rush job on my nails. The guy did such a horrible job that my gel manicure chipped within 14 hours of me getting it done. We had guests so I couldn't go back to complain and ask them to do it again. There were three of us that had 6 pm appointments and one of the women waited an hour and was never seen. She walked out after they took a guy who had a 6:30 PM appointment. Overall, horrible experience. They were more concerned about getting money and rushing is through than doing a good job. I've been twice and the young girl did a good job which is the only reason I'm giving this place two stars. I would like to comment on the woman's comment before mine. I have been going to Harwich Nails for over a year now. And they are nothing but professional and the nicest people I have ever known. This woman that made that comment was absolutely inappropriate when she came into the salon. No one mentioned the word karma.The salon owner was assisting another customer who had an emergency in the middle of her manicure, she called back and they said come on and we will finish for you, that is awesome customer service.. so let's all understand things happen and none of us are better than the other. This woman who arrived with her daughter and a friend was late she was not there at 11 AM and she said she had better things to do when she was dressed in her beach attire. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have been going here for years, however today it ends. My daughter, her friend and I had an appointment for 11:00 AM. We called to try to move our appointment up to 10:00 and they said no, because they had appointments and were busy. When we showed up for our appointment at 11 they had taken another customer in our place and they were behind schedule. I understand waiting a little bit is normal, however when you schedule an appointment it should be honored and you should not be taking other people in your time slot because the customer you took had to go home to deal with something. One of the ladies working at this facility was completely rude and when I challenged her on honoring appointments she asked me to leave her store after throwing the term karma in my face as if I was the one that was in the wrong. I hope this review reminds that rude, big mouthed karma woman that appointments matter, customer's time matters and she should be more respectful, apologize profusely and try to win business back instead of losing it. read more
