There is a food truck with mini donuts, cider and other items open on the weekends. Kids can write a letter to Santa and put it into the mail box, and get a certified letter back! Let me explain:…read more Last year, we stopped by and were told that they were not allowing people to cut their own trees that year. I think they told us there was flooding or something. No biggie. It happens. Our family is into cutting our own Christmas tree so we just left and drove down the road to a smaller tree farm that allowed us to cut our own. This year, due to COVID-19 and the governor's restrictions, they were socially distancing and only letting 40 people in at a time. There was a line of people wrapped around the entire parking lot. A nice young lady was walking the line and passing out candy canes. It's annoying, but we totally understood and did our part to socially distance while in line and wore our masks. We were in line for over 45 minutes; just under an hour. Finally, we're next in line. I make a joke to the two girls running the front of the line that we were worried they would tell us after waiting so long that they weren't allowing us to cut our own again this year. And then they told us: no, there is no cutting your own again this year. I was very nice, but explained how incredibly frustrating it was to hear this after we had just waited in line almost an hour. I asked why the girl passing out candy canes to the line wasn't announcing this, or why there weren't any signs out ANYWHERE, so people didn't waste their time. We were apologized to and told it was on their website. Which is not really helpful to the vast majority of people who come to these tree farms as most people don't check the website and just drive out. Our family left and drove down the road to the same smaller farm we got our tree last year. I felt really frustrated though. I got the impression that they purposely were not telling people so that by the time people got to the front of the line, they wouldn't want to waste time going somewhere else and would just fork over their money. Not cool. If we just wanted a tree leaning against a fence, we could get it from a parking lot instead of driving an hour to go to the tree farm. We go to the tree farm for family memories and have experiences to talk about as a family. It also gets us in the Christmas spirit and starts off our holiday season making the transition from Autumn and Thanksgiving to Winter and Christmas. The lack of communication to people driving to visit them shows a total lack of respect for their customers and really seemed conniving to me. Had there been signs out or someone walking around to tell the line of people so people like us didn't waste our time, we wouldn't have been upset at all. But the lack of communication, during 2020 when many people are just trying to keep whatever routines they can during this hectic year, is just inexcusable. We won't be back anymore. There are plenty of other, smaller, tree farms on this stretch of road who treat their customers better and are more reasonably priced.

It was quite busy and workers were running around helping everyone. I experienced no rudeness but could tell it was a little stressful on them, especially inside the store. But we were patient considering the service they were providing and this time of year and all the shoppers there. I really liked how they carried our trees out for us, marked them, shook them, and wrapped them up for us. I was appreciative of their service but knew I had to have a little patience with this event as it had a little bit of a "Black Friday" vibe to it. 2025: We are going back again today 11/29/2025.

Made a 'call appt' to start the process. And they never called. Must be to busy for my projects…read more Got multiple emails confirming date and time from them. But no call. I know stuff happens. But they could've used their auto email system to cancel. In any event, I never use a contactor (for any project) that doesn't keep their first appt or notifies before just not calling or showing up. That always spells trouble. There are too many landscapers who want business. So I'll never call them or visit their nursery ever again. I believe it was Woody Allen who once said, "Just showing up is 90 percent of life." Todd's fails.

My wife and I visited this location back in February/March to purchase spring/summer flowers and get a quote for a large landscaping project, along with some recommendations. We spoke with a staff member about flowers suited for full sunlight. One of the recommended flowers is still thriving in October, but the other didn't survive more than a month despite following the care instructions. for the landscaping quote, that's where the problems began. We were told by the same staff member to speak with someone else, who wrote down an "appointment" on a sticky note and supposedly entered it into the system. The appointment was scheduled for the end of May. My wife and I took the day off work for the quote, but no one showed up--nor did anyone call. A few days later, my wife called to ask what happened. A different staff member said the person responsible would call back that day or the next--but again, zero contact. Fast forward to October, and we've never heard a word from Todd's Nursery. We've since handled our landscaping project ourselves, likely at a lower cost, and honestly, after witnessing their incompetence, we're glad we did. If this is how they handle quotes, we can only imagine how poor the actual service and timing would have been. Bottom line: complete lack of customer service, consideration, and professionalism. Don't waste your time requesting quotes from Todd's Nursery--look elsewhere for companies that value their customers and actually want to do business.

A huge selection of Douglas, Grand, and Noble Fir trees awaited us! We picked out our favorite one, an 8' beauty full and ready to hang our ornaments. The owners couldn't have been more pleasant, and were extremely helpful in giving us the layout of their farm. Pleanty of parking, clean and a true hometown feel. The best holiday experience for finding that perfect Christmas tree! The prices were fabulous, we spent a mere $20 for what we consider the best tree we've found in years. He tells me he wants me to grind three large stones into bird baths and deliver them to him on site at the place of business. I arrived two days later with the three large stones that I carved. One of them being the aquamarine one that I bought from them for $55 plus tax. The owner's wife tells me that there must have been a miscommunication because they don't want my bird baths. What!!! I had carved them beautifully and I delivered them They weigh approximately 400 to 500 lb.. I asked her what was going on-I was explicitly told that the owner wanted three of my bird baths.. obviously there's no communication between the husband and wife.. I had supplied many bird baths last year and the husband said we sold them all-The owner's wife tells me we had trouble selling them we still have some hanging around here.. yeah I didn't see any anywhere. They had almost all the plants I'm currently looking for on my list, but the specimens were either in poor condition and/or more expensive than other shops.
