We had one waiter for a huge group of 34 and he was efficient and did not get overwhelmed. The food tasted good, but definitely was as expected from a chain. The spices were mild but present, however, nothing stood out as amazing. Their signature chicken parmigiana was very tasty. The place was clean, we were seated within the quoted time, and our waitress was friendly. The "Not-so-good": I can't say that there was anything bad, however, the main dishes were just not hot...they were warm and the mozzarella under the crusty top was not melted. This points to a quick bake. Overall: I had a pleasant experience. I would classify this place as a step below Olive Garden. Would I eat here again? Maybe, but next time I would request the kitchen to run everything through the hot part of the oven.

Once ordered, the food was slow to arrive again, and we had to repeatedly ask the waitress for items she forgot and the food had a dried layer as if left under a heat light for too long. As a whole disappointed with the experience here and would rate it below average for the typical Swiss Chalet experience.
