This is the second year I have nominated H & S Motors for the worst GM Dealer in the nation. At…read moreleast 50% of the time one takes a vehicle in for repair, they will not repair but you will be charged. If you take it back, they are still unlikely to actually be able to repair it. Then, you have to take it to a reputable dealer and they will repair it. H & S also does not enter any service in the GM database so other dealers can see what was "attempted". Without a doubt the worst GM dealer I have ever encountered.

Three of the tires were leaking air and one of them had a screw in it. Took it to two mechanics and was told it also needs a new transmission and has an oil leak. When speaking with the manager, he let me know it was purchased from an auction so it makes sense there were problems but he doesn't give warranties for that very reason.
