I replied, no that's a jeep fob it's a dodge, that key doesn't work. I wasn't concerned when I bought the truck this summer because I've never needed the key. Now? I do and I don't have one. They are also competent and friendly…read more Plus, I notice Ryan is a mature, compassionate person; for example, unlike some mechanics, he is not condescending when speaking to female drivers. The only thing that bothers me is now EVERYONE seems to know how trustworthy Ryan's Auto is, so it can be a week's wait to get in, and sometimes I can only half the work done, then need to come back again. To me, it's worth it to know I'm not getting ripped off.

Before I bought a used car recently, he evaluated it free of charge, and caught an issue that another mechanic had missed. Leon goes above and beyond the call of duty. He has fit my car into his schedule quickly to do brief check-outs and diagnoses at no charge, though he is very busy. He is easy to communicate with because he is direct, respectful and patient. Cars are not my forte, and I've never been talked down to, or experienced condescension.
