Even though it was Black Friday and they were super busy, they were able to squeeze me in for a service appointment. I arrived early and my car went straight back to the garage. The customer lounge is the nicest lounge I've ever waited in - new, clean leather chairs and couches, a tv in the corner, fresh donuts from the bakery in town, a Keurig machine to make your favorite beverage, and magazines/newspapers to read while you're waiting. They also had free WiFi and a password posted on the wall for your reference. As we were leaving, they were laying out a free lunch for anyone who was around - you can't beat that!
