Took the money and Never delivered the truck, and 30 days later, and fighting all the way to get it delivered, and left in the street because not even the trkr could get it started. It was a total death trap, with holes and rust, and broken wires hanging everywhere. And looks like a broken axle. Trkr just left it in the street. Wasn't delivered to home. I wouldn't put my dog in it. Don't trust this company ever. We are going to take legal action, because he doesn't want to do anything about it. Rusted holes in the doors, and floor board looks like it's getting ready to cave in. He said it was a great trk. Dan the owner, will lie through his teeth to make a sale. This is the second year I have nominated H & S Motors for the worst GM Dealer in the nation. At…read moreleast 50% of the time one takes a vehicle in for repair, they will not repair but you will be charged. If you take it back, they are still unlikely to actually be able to repair it. Then, you have to take it to a reputable dealer and they will repair it. H & S also does not enter any service in the GM database so other dealers can see what was "attempted". Without a doubt the worst GM dealer I have ever encountered.

Spent over an our at our bank, we call to let them know we are coming with the check. He tells us 'oh I was going to call you...we sold that car.' Lots of apologizing but still we had wasted time and our time the banks time. My guess is they had a quick sale and don't give a crap about taking my down payment. Visa would have returned it. Said they looked over 250 miles for one to make it right ... and we're none. I found 9 in 20 minutes in 150 miles. 2 on my way to work. Maybe other dealers don't want to work with them. Don't trust them. Dishonest or incompetent.
