I bought a Jeep from them on eBay. I knew it had some rust on it but when I got it, they had gone through extensive measures to hide holes in the body from the rust corrosion. Don't buy a car from this dealership he seems nice and talks like he cares. But will not back up he word. He will tell you several different stories. I bought a suv from him told that the only thing wrong was tire in front. Till I test drove it,no air conditioning he told me to go to Walmart to fix it. That was not the problem,it would a 1,000 to fix. The tires were worse that what he had said. Brakes had to be fixed,windows in back dont work. Claims it's all normal maintenance. No ad freezes in the over flow. One minute he would next nope I'm not helping. What con this was. I don't care if it was as is. You don't sell broken things lie about it. Especially when people are not made of money. In my book I think he owes money back. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will writing who ever I can to turn him in. I Sold them a 1965 VW Beetle for a "private collection" that was unsafe and needed new floors... they a year an a half later Created a story of how they came about the car and even lied about them patching the floors and said I did it in ads on EBay and Facebook... to make it sound better than it is. All parts of story they created to add value and none were true.. none. Look at the negative reviews they have across the board specifically with classics and be cautious. Do not buy anything from this guy!! He is super shady and untrustworthy he sold me a truck with bad motor in it!!! He said it was a throw out bearing! It was a bearing alright in the lower end of the motor!!!! Now have to get it rebuilt at a machine shop. Do not trust him!!!!! He offers me$300 basically for good review on ebay!! Whats that going to buy some bolts!!! I honesly dont thing he knows much about cars if he doesnt know what a bearing sounds like in the lower end of a motor!!! eBayers BEWARE!!!!! Adam @ Teddys Auto Sales operates on Ebay under multiple accounts--- teddysclassics1 and sportsandclassicsltd. The only reason that someone would need two accounts is more than likely fraud on some sort of shady level. You gotta hand it to the guy though; his listings are on point with a video, a huge description, a bunch of pix. They usually have a great backstory or he is selling a car from his personal collection he was to busy to restore. I saw a bunch of negative reviews about eBay purchases when I googled this guy so I thought if I could save one person from a terrible ordeal I would share my personal experience. When I received the 69 GTO I won on eBay it was nothing like his description and more comparable to the Instagram reality section on redditt. He described the car as "solid body overall" with minimal body filler, which means he is either a liar or a fool. Two minute inspection when it showed up and you can tell it has rust and filler literally halfway up the car. The right quarter panel is rusted out and barely hanging on after being replaced at one time which hardly qualifies as a solid vehicle by Adams definition. He also described a good running car that starts right up and was a blast to drive around town on errands. After about 15-20 mins I finally got it running only to break down a half-mile down the road. So I could go on and on about how inaccurate his description and the condition of everything was and all the things he said worked that didn't but I am sure you get the point. I have been discussing a class action lawsuit with my attorney so if anyone has any relevant information please email rdwcollision@yahoo.com. If you're in the market for a cheap used car, go somewhere else. Might I suggest Wisconsin, where an inspection is REQUIRED. I bought a $2500 car at Teddy's that wasn't even safe to leave the lot. And despite their claims that it was "fine when it left the lot," this is certainly not the case. Since there was no title available when I paid for it, I didn't drive it for the first week. However, it took one day for a tire to be completely flat. Tires that I believed to be new. (According to the shop, it had gotten driven on while it was flat which destroyed the tire on the inside.) Day 1 of driving I smelled an intense gas odor. (This was determined to be a hole in the gas line.) Day 2, the brakes began to feel spongy. (This was due to the brakes lines being completely shot. In addition, the brake pads, shoes, rotors and drums were completely destroyed. I was told the pads and shoes were recently put on, but due to the condition of the rotors and drums, their life was next to nothing. The rotors were down to almost nothing. The shop referred to this as a "slap job"...putting new pads on to make it seem fine for a while.) It also needs a tie rod. The shop also told me when they hooked it up to the computer, there was a transmission error code that really concerned them. They suggested I take care of all brake components and fuel lines immediately and have a transmission specialist check out the transmission. Unfortunately, this hasn't happened yet because the transmission went out that evening on my way home from the shop!! I haven't gotten around to getting it towed back into town because I have to wait for my next paycheck. So, after driving the car for TWO DAYS, I paid $200 for two new tires, $300 to register it, $115 for a check-up and computer diagnostics because of issues, and still have to get it to the transmission specialist to run diagnostics ($70). All that before any of the work is even done! While I understand that issues happen with a high mileage vehicles, their total lack of concern infuriates me. Where are dealers' morals and integrity!? The brake lines were on the verge of snapping; this car could have killed me or my daughter. They offered to let me trade it in for less than what I paid because of how much work they would have to do to it. Or they would fix it...but I'd have to pay for those repairs. Sorry but I'm certainly not going to trust them or the mechanic they use. If you insist on buying your car here, PLEASE spend the extra money upfront to take it somewhere to get checked out!! I've learned my lesson. All of my future vehicles will be purchased in a state requiring inspections. read more

Bought a vehicle from them and was told it was a good car, no major problems. We took it to get it checked out after we bought it, turns out the intake manifold is crap and is going to be around $500 to repair (which is the cheapest around, usually runs $800 or so). Talked to a couple of people and it turns out this isn't the only problem someone has had with them- a lady's grandson bought a car from them and on the way home from work had the engine blow up a couple weeks after he bought it. don't ever buy a vehicle from this dealer! as far as i can tell they don't inspect the cars they sell. i bought a ford taurus from this dealer and i asked if there were any known problems. the dealer told me he felt safe having his wife drive this car. we'll he must not care much for his wife since this car had a rusted frame. after 6 weeks of driving the car the sway bar broke off from the frame. thank god my kids and grandkids were just pulling out of the driveway and not travelling 55 mph down the hwy! the mechanic that looked at the car said the dealer should have seen that the frame was rusted through when doing an inspection before putting the car on the lot. so all i can say is buyer beware before you purchase a car from this dealer. read more
