The girls were so incredibly kind, love their jobs, and know what they're doing very well. I couldn't even come up with questions because they give you the answers first. I'd call it affordable but if it's a stretch for some that's understandable- it's an incredible deal for all the services you get. They were more than happy to let me experience all I could while I was there. I'm amazed that you can just scan your membership card and save your preferred settings for each bed/service. I get married in October and expressed my concerns about impending tan lines that will look awful with the type of dress I have and was given an entire explanation of the benefits of spray tanning and all the skin care and accelerators I can utilize to get the results I want. Great vibes, incredibly clean, the type of place that feels like you're hanging out, not being rushed. I am so excited to get off work and head to my self care spot. Needed a last minute eyebrow wax/threading and haircut before my mom's funeral early next week…read more Looked on Yelp, found this place right across the street and they had a threading and haircut available today so went with it. The threading was ok, not much shape but better than they were. Now the haircut. I have a plain, straight one length blunt hair style. I asked for 2 inches off, it was past my shoulders. She showed me and said this much, and I said no, 2 inches and showed her with my hair/hands how much to cut. I do not have thick hair and have never had anyone clip my hair up to make it thinner to cut so that was my first clue. Second clue was the chair was not in eyesight of a mirror for me to see what she was doing. I had faith I was just over reacting until she got to the side where I could see and I immediately said oh that's way more than 2 inches! She probably cut close to 4-5 inches off AND its not even. I got home, showered, dried my hair and flat ironed it and it's multiple lengths and well above my shoulders. So now, before my mom's services, I need to find someone who can fix what this place royally messed up. The only redeeming thing is that I said I am NOT happy with this but I will pay. She said no charge and I said I'd pay for the eyebrows, even though not great, and again she said no charge. Needless to say I do NOT recommend and I will not be back!
