Had to leave a review because this is literally the first time I've not cried, I'm such a baby and my visit today was great, but I've never had a complaint regarding the finished look. Just thought it's finally time to leave a review. Plus it's only $5 so well worth it. They also put some kind of aloe or gel on afterward and it does a great job of relieving some of the sting. Only thing I'll say re: vibe is that it's fine, nothing special but idk I'm going in there for brows so I don't really care past hygiene and I've never seen anything that made me think it's unhygienic. My only complaint is that sometimes I pay with card bc I don't always carry cash, and the person at the desk will always give me a small lecture about how they do take card but I should really bring cash bc there's a service charge they have to pay. I get that but in an increasingly cashless society it feels a little rude to make it seem like it's my fault and that I've committed some sort of social faux pas. Not gonna dock them for it though because, again, my brows always look great and it takes like 5-10min and it's $5. I hope this place stays open forever and I recommend it to people often.

Her skin was damaged due to sun exposure. They were able to see us on short notice. They explained everything to dad and we agreed to start the program that day. We are not expecting to see major changes after the first treatment, but it was quite noticeable within a two weeks. We are very pleased with the results. The daughter is ecstatic. The recommended sunscreen is light weight and works incredibly well. It held up to a week of Caribbean sun. The office/spa is beautiful. But otherwise, expect to book 4-6 weeks out. --Follow her easy to understand email instructions to confirm your appointment by text, and also show up 10 mins early to appointment. That's not too much to ask. --I am 40 and have never had a facial before so I don't have anything to compare this to. --I was surprised by how fun this experience was. Really pleasant and entertaining conversation. I felt like I made a real friend. --Viktoria asks some prelim questions about products you use and medicines you take. You change into a towel robe and the facial begins. I arrived at 3:50 and walked out at 5:30. --The extractions weren't that bad but the whole time I kept thinking how blotchy and red my face was going to look. But guess what? It was not blotchy or red at all! No redness whatsoever. She must be magic. --She did steam, extractions, a mask, infrared light, some other electric thing, moisturizer, massaged my head and shoulders, it was all really nice. Cost with tip was less than $100. --It doesn't matter if you go in wearing makeup or not. --Don't plan any workouts post facial- nothing where you'll sweat afterwards. --I have had no breakouts, no peeling, no negative after effects from the facial.
