So watching someone get fired when we were the only table in the restaurant was a little interesting and maybe a little off putting. The burrata, grilled steak flatbread, Lobster Arancini, and lobster ravioli were all very good and worth the money. However, the bison burger was not that great, and neither were the california flatbread or the fig and prosciutto flatbread. So it was very 50/50 on whether or not the food was good/worth it which is not great when things are on the expensive side. They also seemed to be out of a lot of food/sides which made it harder as well. We stayed at the Hilton hotel for 4 nights and on a Wednesday night, we decided to come eat here since it's located inside the hotel. The actual restaurant seating area was closed but you could sit at the bar or at any nice couch/lounge section! Our server (I think her name is Whitley?) , was super sweet and was super informative on the best items on the menu! We ordered a Caesar salad for me and shrimp & grits for the hubs. Appetizers, we got meatballs and wings. We also got a chocolate lava cake with cookies and cream ice cream as a dessert. 10/10 across the board! The wings are definitely a must - it's super light / airy crunch with great flavor. Their sauces are definitely homemade. The shrimp and grits... wow! Super buttery and creamy with amazing shrimp and gravy sauce. Must ask if they have dessert because the lava cake was SO decadent and warm. Will definitely be staying at the Hilton hotel and coming to this restaurant every time we come to Nashville! If you are diamond status for Hilton, you should definitely stop by because they do offer specials for diamond status members - free things! :) read more

Josh, our server, was amazing! He was personable, fun, approachable, and almost a one man show, tending bar, answering our questions about the menu, and taking our orders. I had the butternut squash pasta. Outstanding! House-made pasta filled with delicious, creamy, rich butternut squash purée. The pasta was tender, sitting in browned butter sauce, with fried sage leaves and candied pecans - wowzers! My dining companion had the beet salad with some greens added (thank you, Josh!). The beets were perfectly cooked, and came with goat cheese, orange segments, and a tasty dressing. Reasonably priced for the quality, and service. Lovely atmosphere, and good vibes. We had planned on going to a different restaurant, fortunately for us it was booked. We came to Harth as a plan B, so grateful for that! The food was cooked perfectly, Pablo our waiter was outstanding and the wine met our expectations. My girlfriend and I stayed at the Hilton while in town and decided to check out this restaurant that's located in the hotel for dinner. We started off with the flatbread which was great but were blown away with our entrees. I got the Fried Asian Spicy chicken which had the perfect crunch and heat. She got the Green Garlic Angeloni Pasta which eventually became both of our meals since I couldn't stop eating off her plate too. Will definitely be back next time we're in town read more

Fantastic food and service! We came for a birthday dinner in November, and Chef Nick stopped by our table to suggest items from his new fall menu. We started with homemade crab rangoons and a beet dish which was expertly combined with citrus, yogurt, mint and pistachio. Next we had the two homemade agnolotti pastas, butternut squash and spring onion. We finished with the pork chop and a chocolate cake! Everything was amazing. Props to the chef! I made the mistake of making a reservation for Father's Day lunch. Upon arriving there was water gushing all over the entrance. The restaurant was not open at the time of our reservation. We were told to wait 10 minutes which turned into 15. We were finally shown to a table covered in crumbs. No one acknowledged that it was Father's Day to the two obvious fathers in the group. We were the only diners on the restaurant. Service was terrible. 2 of our party were brought wrong food. It took half an hour for their correct orders to come out after everyone else had finished our meals. No apology. No comp. Instead when the check came we were overcharged for one entree! Came here looking for a place that would work for multiple generations. It started well - friendly service, good wine, excellent appetizers. But the mains were uniformly disappointing - except for the burger eaten by the person who would never complain. Pizza crust was weird and doughy and Harth pizza was overall bland. California flatbread was basically just chicken and cheese. Flank steak chimichurri was off putting with extremely boring rice. Härth is a fine dining establishment on the ground floor of the new Hilton in Green Hills. It's where Crestmoor makes a sharp curve and becomes Cleghorn. There is complimentary valet and plenty of garage parking once you turn in the Hilton's circle drive. They just opened and it smells and feels new. The artwork in the lobby and restaurant is amazing! We were immediately seated upon entering the restaurant. Our server was excellent and we were given menus and waters to start off. I ordered the red fish with risotto and carrots and broccoli. My husband ordered the prime rib. Both of our meals were fabulous and the presentation was beautiful! Their chef is from Italy and makes everything from scratch! Rarely do I eat inside the hotel that I stay. However; we had the occasion two days in a row to eat breakfast here and a lunch. The breakfast is very reasonably priced and they are attentive and the food is fresh and made well. The lunch was outstanding. I ordered a club sandwich and wasn't Expecting much really. What I received was about a half pound of meat on perfectly toasted bread. It was seasoned and layered to perfection. Very good. I'll be staying here again and will probably move a lunch meeting into the lobby. Good to know you trust the food will be delicious! read more

Saw the reviews and thought I would give it a try. We were with friends so we tried several samples. I must say I was a little disappointed for various reasons. First I think it is overpriced for the quality you get. The sea bass at $41 was overdone in cooking. The Margarita Pizza was OK but should use more Basil and Sliced Tomatoes not small tomatoes cut in half. The Caprese Salad needs more balsamic reduction, for $12 I expect more flavor than just tomato and cheese and the portion size was not worth the cost. On positives, I thought the eggplant and the corn soup with crabmeat were good as were the creme brûlée's. Decor was nice but like most hotel restaurants it lacked atmosphere.
