The Harry Braswell Concierge (repair and handyman) team recently finished repairing wall cracks in our home. This job included drywall, plaster, and cinderblock wall repair and painting. We're very pleased with the work that Ricky, Dicky, and Wilson did. They're clearly professional, experienced and tidy, which we really appreciated. We would give 5 stars for that part of the job. However, communicating with Harry Braswell Concierge was dicey at best both before the job started and after it was completed. We repeatedly had to ask for details about what to expect and the start and end dates, and final payment information. We only stuck with the effort because the team was highly recommended by a respected source. We strongly recommend the workers with this team for wall repairs and painting; hopefully, with better communications from the office. read more

Harry Braswell Design Build is best in the business!!!! They did a fabulous renovation of our kitchen when we had a plumbing line flood that destroyed everything and flooded our basement as well. Four years later they transformed our house with new bathrooms, floors, and a two room addition that includes a stone fireplace and vaulted ceiling! Our house is beautiful and has a great "WOW" factor. The exterior matches the existing house in a way that looks like it was originally architectural designed to be this way. They put everything I wanted in their plans and worked with me to insure I got what I wanted. They actually exceeded my expectations. We've had complete strangers stop by to tell us our addition is gorgeous and to ask us the name of the contractor. The craftsmanship is top notch and a great value. I'm in love with my new house! We used Harry Braswell for a major renovation and addition in old town, Alexandria and are very disappointed in the work. We found the quality of construction to be awful. We have had to completely redo many areas and replace many items. I absolutely would not recommend Harry Braswell for anything. read more
