It's a dive with a very simple menu. Had a large roast beef. Note only the large comes with an onion roll. Awesome onion rings. No aus jus. Several condiments are available on the side or loaded. I went down the Mayo, horse radish and pepper relish path. Excellent sandwich. No eating in. Fast friendly service. Will definitely be back.

Hard, oil soaked fries from old fryer oil. Roast Beef was so bland and flavorless.

In the past, Harrison's RB used to be a great spot, but after lunch today, I won't be going back. 1st impression was the uncleanliness of the restaurant. 2nd, I found mouse poop on the ketchup containers given with my meal. Lastly, the food was subpar. The Roast beef was over cooked and bland...no seasonings. The fries were hard and soaked with oil which is a sign that the fryer oil is old and needs changing. I was quite disappointed and also embarrassed because I took a co-worker here and raved about how good Harrison's is, only to find out the hard way that it clearly is not good at all. I hate giving bad reviews, but quality of food, uncleanliness, and rodent issues are unacceptable to me when choosing a place to eat.

Grey meat, awful portion. Better beef at Market Basket!

Ten years ago I thought this place was awful, went here because North Shore Beefs did a positive review so decided to give it another try. Worse than I remember. Ordered a Super Beef and a Fry. 1. Beef was GREY and tasteless. 2. The Onion Roll was the smallest on planet earth. 3. Fries were over cooked and full of grease. Like they were cooked previously and reheated. 4. Smallest portion on a $9.75 super beef on the North Shore. 5. Extremely filthy, board of health should stop by. If someone gave me a gift card to Harrison's I would donate to the local dog shelter,, because the beef was dog food quality. Two positives: 1. I'm not sick yet. 2. The portion was so small that I didn't have to suffer that long eating the grossness.

Been going to Harrison's as long as I can remember. After living away the first thing I crave and want when I get home is a Large, heavy sauce and cheese with light Mayo. This trip was no different. Food was exactly as ordered. Fries perfectly golden brown and extra sauce on the side to dip my fries. I was home for 10 days and managed to get 3 trips in! I wish someone could make this where we live now! May be a small shop but it provides a great big bite!

I think it's amazing that you told someone to go f@ck themself because they wanted lettuce on their roast beef sandwich. Order a salad if you want lettuce.

Fast forward to this time... what happened?? Last year the chicken sandwich had a thick, juicy chicken breast/patty. This time? They literally threw a chicken tender on my sandwich. And I know it was a tender because my friend ordered chicken tenders, and they looked exactly the same... except hers were BIGGER than the one on my sandwich. Be serious. The lettuce was one sad, soggy, pale little piece fighting for its life. Not crisp. Not fresh. Just... present. Like it clocked in but didn't want to be there. The Yas sauce wasn't nonexistent, but they were definitely stingy with it. I had to add ranch because it just wasn't hitting. The fries weren't even crunchy. Just cold and hard like they had beef with me personally. Not crispy. Not warm. Just... stale with attitude. The mac and cheese tasted like it came straight out of a Kraft box. No personality. No flavor. Not even vibes. The drink was also mid. It didn't save the meal. And before anyone says "maybe they were closing", we ordered at 6PM. They close at 9. Oh, and the grand finale? Food poisoning. Both of us throwing up within an hour of eating. The chicken was dry, and apparently also dangerous. Now that's talent. What happened?? The quality drop needs to be studied. Definitely not coming back.

The Korean style boneless wings are excellent. I took a bite and instantly got a satisfying crunch and the taste of spicy yet sweet sauce and juicy fresh chicken. I've had better buffalo chicken wings. But, I will comment on how gigantic the bone in wings are which would be even better if the sauce was more flavorful. The biggest reason I took stars off this establishment was for the crappy service. The cashier and service workers aren't friendly unless you are a regular. I've been treated way better at Popeyes...and the fried chicken and prices are much better at Popeyes, let me tell you! If Yas Chicken's employees treated all their customers the same and respectfully then the ratings and profits would increase here, I'm sure.

Tastes watered down. REGARDLESS, ALL THE STARS IN THE WORLD for their drinks. The peach shaken ice tea and raspberry rose teas have every complex note they describe. I'm jaded by all the fruity drinks/tea blends out there that are just too sweet and artificial. Nan's makes it perfectly. The white peach actually shines through, which is rare in my experience. The raspberry is REAL. Speaking as someone who enjoys artificial raspberry flavors of jam donuts and bottled ice tea...idk if Nan's makes it for real, but, if so, you can taste it! You still taste the tea, the fruits, the florals, it's not watered down, and best of all--not overtly sweet. Their fruit drinks have the perfect balance. It's genuinely refreshing and delicious. I find myself craving their teas all the time!!

As first-timers, we were treated with such warmth and patience by the staff - no pressure, no rush, just genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. We started by sharing the hatch chili farro bowl with roasted cauliflower and hominy, fragrant ginger carrots, and lemon mustard salmon. The tomato harissa sauce and zhoug were absolutely incredible - seriously, these sauces are to die for! Everything was perfectly seasoned and the flavors were so well-balanced. Pictures are not perfect, but the lighting was so warm and comfortable, you will have to excuse them! Halfway through our meal, I spotted they had coconut carrot soup with chickpeas and ginger on the menu and literally ran back to order a cup. We ended up sharing that too, and it was such a smart move - the soup was aromatic and comforting with just the right amount of spice from the ginger. To drink, we had fresh lemonade and iced tea (both perfectly refreshing), and couldn't resist finishing with their banana pudding, which was the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal. What really stood out beyond the exceptional food was how accommodating and friendly the service was. They made splitting dishes feel completely natural and were so welcoming when I dashed back for that soup! The attention to flavor and seasoning here is remarkable - every single component of our meal was thoughtfully prepared. We're already planning our next visit. Nan's Kitchen has absolutely earned a permanent spot on our regular rotation! Highly recommend for anyone looking for fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared food with service that makes you feel like family.

Ya know, I once navigated to this place on accident before? Yeah. Still not sure what my GPS was…read moredoing that day. Because I normally go to the one in Salem. But on this day, I thought to myself, "Self, I really hate making that busy-as-hell left turn on South Broadway in Salem. What if we took a journey to the Andover location instead?" And so it was. I enter this cozy little restaurant carefully tucked against a slightly submerged parking garage. Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. It's all good though, because I'm still giving Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee in Andover 4 Country Classics with all the fixins out of 5.
