    This Harris Teeter is very close to my house. Noramlly, before this grocery store was contructed, I'd have to travel at least fifteen minutes to get my essentials. Now, I travel about a minute and bam, a grocery store. This is good because there are many people who live here who are in the same situation as me. There is a large private parking lot exclusive to Harris Teeter and the frocery store itself is very large. There is a large assortment of goods and the employees are very friendly. Most of the time, there are barely any people there so it is practically empty. Thus, more efficient shopping is done. I cannot say enough convenient it is to have such a large grocery store so close to the house. It is the go to place for all of our foods and necessities. I am a regular here.

    7-8 dollar steak, for $30.11! It was only 6-8 ounces of thin cut t-bone. Meat staff put out roughly 8-10 packs that we found mis-weighed.

    managers act understanding but they're not wouldn't work or shop at this ht they won't be getting anymore of my money or time

I was on the phone for 51 minutes before I came here to pick up my prescriptions to take them to CVS because they were still not ready from the day before. My daughter had an ear infection. They looked at me like they didn't care, and I was aggravating them. They forgot that I was the customer and they're providing the service. I was treated horribly and I would never do business with Walgreens again. My daughter was in so much pain for two days I needed penicillin for her ear. The lady could not move pass the fact that I complain about no one picking up the phone and asked me to sit and wait in retaliation This was unbelievable I could not believe this was happening to me. Please check to see who was working there 1/20/2024 from from 10am to 11:30pm is when I was trying to call. Then I came in 1/20/24 from 12pm to about 1pm. While my daughter sat there crying from an ear infection. I cannot believe you people did this to me I never been treated like this. Star rating is a zero. You people are horrible I'm disgusted.

    The CVS inside Target has really gone downhill in the last year. The staff has changed. Every once…read morein a while, there is a familiar face, but mostly new faces. Update: Most of my prescriptions are for 90 days, so when one of those was filled in September, I was surprised that this pharmacy filled it again in October. But the insurance wouldn't pay as it was too soon, so they applied some kind of discount card for the prescription, just filled a month earlier, that I did not need. I contacted the pharmacy multiple times by calling and messaging to get it fixed, but all I kept getting were text updates to come pick it up, and it would be held for so many days. CVS Customer Service even told me that this was taken care of. But even after the hold time, they still tried to give me that prescription. The prescription wasn't filled when it should have been with my insurance come renewal time, so I had to order it manually. The website doesn't always let you log in. I even typed a note for them to call me and file with my insurance this time. I knew they didn't, so when I went to pick it up, it was still through the discount card. They tried to tell me that was my insurance. I mentioned that if it had been filed with my insurance, it would have been a different price. So the cashier didn't know what to do, and another employee had to fix it all and file with my insurance. It has been a big headache that I've dealt with for two months now. I'm not sure who is hiring these people but they are making huge mistakes. On my most recent visit, I had a vaccine scheduled at 10:30am. I arrived earlier than that time and stood in the area I was instructed to, only to be ignored for almost 30 minutes. The pharmacist during that time even asked me to move so that she could go to the restroom. Never once during that time did anyone ask if they could help me. The customers waiting in the pharmacy line noticed me, though, and wondered what was going on. I waited until 10 minutes after my appointment time to speak up as by that point it was getting ridiculous. I was ready to leave. It was 10:52am when I finally got my injection, and there was no apology for the wait or the delay. It is time to find a more professional pharmacy.
