My husband and I met with Paul S, a representative of Harris Siding and Windows in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Paul gave us a quote for our windows and the replacement of some siding. Due to other circumstances and health challenges, we decided to wait until next year to get the windows replaced, but we wanted the siding replaced this year. I have called Paul, their representative, three times and left messages about the siding. He came out after the first call to measured and matched colors. But has not responded to any of my messages after that time. I called the office twice and left messages asking for someone to confirm if they will replace the siding. I have not heard from them either. Because of how we've been treated, we will not do business with them, nor will we recommend their company. They are not a company of their word. They have not honored what they committed to do. I am highly disappointed in their professionalism and what they stand for. I cannot wonder and question if I wasn't a black woman, would I have been treated differently. read more
