They came and took a couple stabs at fixing but when it rains it still leaks, same if there is snow accumulation. I sent a video said he would come fix it don't worry, he didn't and now won't answer his phone for me or his text. I'm not sure why he can't have a conversation if he don't plan to fix it just tell me why. As it stands I guess I'll have to get an alternative company to fix it and take them to court for reimbursement. With spring upon us I thought you should be warned or informed about this. I even told him if he needed to charge and he shouldn't we could discuss that as well, still no response.

They were out here dozens of times with no success. I put up with this for years. My ceiling was completely destroyed. Also one wall had to be completely removed. Another roofer found the problem in five minutes. The leak wasn't in the valley of the roof but further up. There was a large gap around a pipe that was causing the problem.
