I'm not sure why he can't have a conversation if he don't plan to fix it just tell me why. As it stands I guess I'll have to get an alternative company to fix it and take them to court for reimbursement. With spring upon us I thought you should be warned or informed about this. They were out here dozens of times with no success. I put up with this for years. My ceiling was completely destroyed. Also one wall had to be completely removed. Another roofer found the problem in five minutes. The leak wasn't in the valley of the roof but further up. There was a large gap around a pipe that was causing the problem. Why didn't Liberty find this? I had to have a complete new ceiling and wall. It cost $4000. Preston is very arrogant and will not take responsibility or own up to his mistake.
