Horrible experience. It keeps getting worse. We had our floor and shower tiled a few weeks ago. We…read morejust installed a door so we have not been using the shower so I am just now seeing some of the problems. We just noticed that the plumbing is installed upside down. We have at least 2 hollow tiles where the grout is coming up already. The job took 2 weeks which seems like a long time to me. The plumber that they sent out seemed to be on something. We had to hire another plumber to fix a leak they he caused. The tile job itself is sloppy. There are too many small issues to mention.The whole job looks like a DIY project. That is why we hired someone to do it and didn't do it ourselves, to keep it from looking like a 5 year old did it. Even at the beginning they tried to over charge us for the material. Then when we complained they took some money off some areas of the bill but added to other areas. My husband had to go get that worked out. They were short on material and had to use our extra tile that we had from another job. At this point it would take tearing everything out and starting over to fix everything that is wrong.

But has not responded to any of my messages after that time. I called the office twice and left messages asking for someone to confirm if they will replace the siding. I have not heard from them either. Because of how we've been treated, we will not do business with them, nor will we recommend their company. They are not a company of their word. They have not honored what they committed to do. I am highly disappointed in their professionalism and what they stand for. I cannot wonder and question if I wasn't a black woman, would I have been treated differently.
