Extremely disappointed in this company. I was originally very happy with them until I moved. Called…read moreand gave all of my information for the move so I could get the pest control started at my new residence. Once they gave me the price I said I'd have to call back as it was a little higher than I was expecting and I had just moved. Came home that week or the next and they had already sprayed the outside of my home and were wanting to come in. I had said that I didn't sign up and wasn't prepared for them. I tried calling the office to get this taken care of but they were already closed. Now, they've sent me a bill for $150 and are trying to schedule for their next visit. They've threatened to turn me into collections over this and from other reviews, it seems this is a common occurrence with their company. I would stay far away from this company as it's just bad business.

Well the paid Orkin to treat her home. At first everything seemed to be working they came every week then every 2 weeks and then they started coming once a month this lasted like 4 months. And suddenly in May they stopped coming. Didn't answer calls. The bed bugs came back full infestation. Mom called recently and wa told they would call her back and guess what? Not a peep.. yesterday we had to throw furniture out that "supposedly " treated... as many bed bugs as we found it was definitely not. Not dead bug live ones. My handicap mom is severely allergic and she can't even sleep in her bed. Your motto is 100% guaranteed and it's not.
