Well the paid Orkin to treat her home. At first everything seemed to be working they came every week then every 2 weeks and then they started coming once a month this lasted like 4 months. And suddenly in May they stopped coming. Didn't answer calls. The bed bugs came back full infestation. Mom called recently and wa told they would call her back and guess what? Not a peep.. yesterday we had to throw furniture out that "supposedly " treated... as many bed bugs as we found it was definitely not. Not dead bug live ones. My handicap mom is severely allergic and she can't even sleep in her bed. Your motto is 100% guaranteed and it's not.

I have used Washington Pest Control for over 17 years (2007-2024) and had excellent service. But,…read moreunfortunately since Ray took over the business from his grandfather, the service has changed. After my last spray service, I had bugs within the first month. I called to ask for return service since this company always vocalized that they would come back within 6 months of the last service if bugs returned. My appointments were missed by Ray 2 times in a row, then neither Ray or Ashely would not answer the phone for over 4 weeks. My wife used her phone and Ashley answered right away and stated she would call me but did not. I finally spoke with the grandfather and initially he was surprised at what had occurred and said he would investigate. The grandfather called me back and said I needed to find a new pest control company since they did not want to service Metamora anymore and my $235 payment would not be refunded even though they guarantee their service. I strongly do not recommend this company and also determined later that this company is not listed with the Better Business Bureau.

But that is not how it works. If they come out to remediate a problem, they charge you and then skip the next treatment. Once they gave me the price I said I'd have to call back as it was a little higher than I was expecting and I had just moved. Came home that week or the next and they had already sprayed the outside of my home and were wanting to come in. I had said that I didn't sign up and wasn't prepared for them. I tried calling the office to get this taken care of but they were already closed. Now, they've sent me a bill for $150 and are trying to schedule for their next visit. They've threatened to turn me into collections over this and from other reviews, it seems this is a common occurrence with their company. I would stay far away from this company as it's just bad business.
