I called to ask for return service since this company always vocalized that they would come back within 6 months of the last service if bugs returned. My appointments were missed by Ray 2 times in a row, then neither Ray or Ashely would not answer the phone for over 4 weeks. My wife used her phone and Ashley answered right away and stated she would call me but did not. I finally spoke with the grandfather and initially he was surprised at what had occurred and said he would investigate. The grandfather called me back and said I needed to find a new pest control company since they did not want to service Metamora anymore and my $235 payment would not be refunded even though they guarantee their service. I strongly do not recommend this company and also determined later that this company is not listed with the Better Business Bureau.
