Well the paid Orkin to treat her home. At first everything seemed to be working they came every week then every 2 weeks and then they started coming once a month this lasted like 4 months. And suddenly in May they stopped coming. Didn't answer calls. The bed bugs came back full infestation. Mom called recently and wa told they would call her back and guess what? Not a peep.. yesterday we had to throw furniture out that "supposedly " treated... as many bed bugs as we found it was definitely not. Not dead bug live ones. My handicap mom is severely allergic and she can't even sleep in her bed. Your motto is 100% guaranteed and it's not.

I tried calling the office to get this taken care of but they were already closed. Now, they've sent me a bill for $150 and are trying to schedule for their next visit. They've threatened to turn me into collections over this and from other reviews, it seems this is a common occurrence with their company.
