He did a good job of informing me and my wife of the trapping process, and reassured us that he had years of experience and had the proper credentials and certification to capture and remove the Skunk. The week before, the skunk had sprayed under the deck and the odor permeated the entire house, UGGH, so we were highly motivated to take care of this problem. And I informed my wife, I definitely wasn't planning to catch the skunk by myself. Dave promised to come by at 3 pm on Wednesday, and true to his word, he showed up, and meticulously set up three traps at the possible access points, digging holes slightly deeper at the three suspected access holes to accommodate the traps, and blocking off the holes so that the skunk would have no other choice but to enter or exit thru the traps. Thursday morning, my wife texted me at work, and excitedly told me that the traps caught not one, but THREE skunks, all female, and all pregnant! I texted the good news to Dave, and he texted back that he would come over at noon that day to remove the animals. He informed my wife that if these skunks had given birth, the average litter size is 4 babies. Think of that, if we had not hired Dave when we did, and delayed calling him, we most likely would be dealing with not three skunks, but FIFTEEN skunks under our deck. But their traps aren't secure. Supposed to only kill rats, mice, and chipmunks, but the traps open up and who knows what we've poisoned with these faulty traps. Canceling my service.

Their website says they investigate, identify, exterminate, then apply exclusions. That did not happen at all. They sent a guy out, and he simply stuck his head up in the attic and looked around and said, "yeah, there are probably mice up here." He walked around the property and left. Then we paid over $1K for another guy to come out to apply some caulk to some gaps between the trim and brick around the house to supposedly exclude animals saying that the mice would leave when they were hungry or thirsty. No one went into the attic to assess how many mice were there, how they got in, how much damage has been done, and they sure didn't exterminate anything. But they wanted to charge another $1K+ to set a couple of $10 bait stations around the house. When we asked them to come back to actively do something about the mice that are still in the attic, they said they never do that. So now we have to find someone competent to do the job. Please save yourself the trouble and find a competent company first.

The same employee provides service to my home every other month and he is always very kind. In my experience, it's rare for someone coming into my home to remove their shoes, but this guy does. Clearly this review is mostly based on the one guy that I work with, but I have had good experiences when calling their main office as well.
