Damaged yard, owner would not accept responsibility or repair, sent employee over after told not to come on my property, Employee appeared Toxicated and tried picking fight when confronted. Owner made threats tgat i need to watch out as i do not know who he knows (former Police of 19 yrs) google it you will see why he is no longer a cop. Owner was rude and calling names in texts, he even went as far as trying to cause riff between me and my neighbor, employee told neighbors i prob would not pay even though I paid the owner Brent an hour prior, I have footage showing this from security camera. They went to my neighbor saying i said neighbor was paying half, which never happened. Be cautious and know if damage happens they will might not fix it, guess i have to spend more money going to civil court read more

I would never use this service. I called for an estimate of a large limb removal that was hanging over my house. They gave me the estimate and I agreed. They told me to wait until the leaves fell from the tree so that they could come in and see better. They never got back to me. I e-mailed and told them that the leaves were gone and I was waiting for them to come out and take care of it. They told me that they would be in contact soon. Never heard a word since from them at all. The limb is STILL hanging over my house. I talked to Brent. I think they bailed on me because it was a difficult removal but they should've just told me that at the time the estimate was given. Thank you so much Embark for your lack of customer service. read more

Brent is hands down amazing!! Him and his team did an awesome job! I'm so so happy with their service. Brent was honest, fair and quick to return calls and do the job. The turn around time was incredible. It was less than a couple days he was out with his team working on my trees. I had a couple branches I wished I would have told them to cut down and Brent did not hesitate to tell me he would come back and take them down. Him and his team took the time to talk to me when he was finished. They cleaned up everything leaving my back yard in better shape than it was before! I would highly recommend this company!!! read more

I've used Embark on three occasions at my home and through my recommendation my neighbor has used them also. I can't say enough good things about Brent and his crews. They are helpful, knowledgeable, hardworking, courteous, efficient. They hauled all the remnants of their trimming to the street where they hauled it all away. And the pricing is extremely fair and very competitive. I would use Embark again without question and I would recommend them to anyone needing tree work done at their home or business. Many thanks to Embark Tree Removal! My new house had a tree that had grown into power lines and had branches right over my roof. Brent and crew safely removed all the branches that needed to come off without doing a power drop and kept my tree shaped nicely. They were on time, worked efficiently, hauled all limbs to the curb and cleaned up under the tree afterwards, all for a price I felt was very reasonable. They're also coming back to remove a tree stump for me later this week. I'm highly recommend Embark Tree Removal. read more

Our facility had six trees to remove plus a dozen trims. Early bids we received from other tree companies had us thinking we would have to pick and choose to fit our budget. Embark came in and worked with us to get everything we needed completed within our budget. What a transformation. These guys like making a difference. From now on I will be hiring them for annual maintenance on our trees. Highly recommended. read more

We highly recommend Brent and his crew at Embark Tree Service. They cleaned up a 50-foot tree in a hard-to-reach corner of our backyard for a reasonable price. This job was so difficult that other tree services had turned us down. We are looking forward to having them back every couple of years for routine tree maintenance. Thank you Embark! They were terrific! They gave us a good price and quality service. They did the work when they said they would and finished in a timely fashion unlike many contractors we have worked with. This included stump grinding as well. They also took the time to move my yard art so it wouldn't get broken. If we ever need tree service again, these are the guys I will call. read more

Great isn't a high enough review rating for this crew! Outstanding is more like it!!! Embark was amazing today removing our backyard mess and trimming our old but beautiful trees in our backyard here in Hedgewood, the result of this winter's ice storm. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Embark Tree Removal for any of your tree issues. read more
