After the first snow of the season in December, 2025, I was charged $160 for the snow removal and they not only did a poor job removing the snow, they didn't even remove the snow from all of the sidewalk. This was the 5-6" snow storm. The snow shorty after this was not much more than a couple of inches and they charged me $135. So for two snow removals I was charged $295 for a quoted amount that should have been $200 and they did a poor job each time. I fired this company and hired someone for half the price and they did a much much better job. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

His staff told us many stories that didn't jive with the owners excuses, but we always let it go because we just wanted our job finished. Every tree they planted is full of brown, which Peter says is due to broken limbs. Our lawn service said it looks like a fungus. Peter Martin is standing by his analysis and refuses to do anything about it. How did numerous limbs break and they must be continuing to break because the brown is spreading. The final straw for us is the sod, which is full of weeds and died immediately in several spots. Peter says we need to adjust the irrigation. Really? You installed it; maybe you should make sure it's working properly! $65000 landscape job and he says that no one warrants sod and the trees are fine. HA! Finally, after 7 months we got "sod" - we wanted landscaping too but no one ever answered a phone call, voicemail, or text. 2/3 workers were great that laid the sod. One young kid that was all bundled up in 95+ degree weather stood on his phone all day texting and would randomly lay down on the freshly laid sod. Sod was not properly laid and weeds grew EVERYWHERE. Poor quality. Poor professionalism. Poor communication. Don't know how they stay in business as multiple people around us had the same issues.
