Fantastic service. Been a customer for a number of years now. Neighbors say we have the best looking lawn on the street.

Thanks for the great customer service. It was a pleasure speaking to the customer service rep Marcy. She was very informative and knowledgeable of the care that we needed for our lawn. Thanks to the Weed man I have the best looking yard on my block. Thanks again and I'll highly recommend your company to my friends and family! read more

I have been generally happy with Weed Man's service. I think it took a couple of years to notice a real difference in the lawn, but now I definitely see it. And whenever I have to deal with the office folks they are pleasant and responsive. I intend to keep using them read more

This is my second year with WeedMan. The difference between the old lawn and the new is remarkable. Last year they transferred the lawn to look great and this year's its been perfectly maintained. You won't be disappointed with these people. read more

Excellent service and quick responses! Weedman has made my yard look amazing! Top notch company!

For 2019 I had signed up for a SINGLE "full season" of 6 total applications. I was not pleased with the quality of service and elected to NOT enlist the services of Weed man for 2020. However on Monday April 6th 2020, Weed Man applied a fertilizer to my yard and billed me $50.69. I did not give my written, verbal, or implied consent to these services. I did not pre-pay for these services. I did not want these services. I contacted their customer service and was told that Weed Man automatically renews their clients for the following year unless they cancel. Nowhere did I sign a contract or give my consent for future services. These are deceptive business practices. Beware. read more

Didn't help my lawn at all. Was going to use them this year. Sent me email saying they will be there Monday. Didn't give me a window. Said they can't do that. We have pets. Shows up sees the dogs and left. Guess they don't care about customer services. What's handy for them not the customer. Live and learn. Going with scott read more

This is the first time working with this company and will never repeat. Would get my money back if it was possible. I would not even give one star but cannot go to negative stars. The first lie was that we would billed individually for each service. As soon as my husband hung up they charged the entire amount before they had even seen our lawn. Second lie was that they would knock on the door before doing anything. They serviced the lawn and an area that was not supposed to be done. Third lie--we were told we were on the schedule in the early morning for the aeration and overseeding to be done. When they had not shown up by noon--we called and they said it would be another half an hour we were 14th on the schedule. They finally showed up at 2:45. They did do the aeration but the over seeding was a complete joke. There are several bare spots and none of them had any seed on them. We are supposed to get fertilization in another two weeks. Not sure if they will even show up. Horrible service and being lied to does not make for good customer relations. I could never recommend them to anyone. read more

Best in town. Locally owned. Yard never looked better

Is there a zero star option? I would never use Weed Man because they have kids ringing our doorbell at 8pm soliciting. I hate that every year we have this. Clearly they have no respect for families and can't generate business on their own merits. read more

One star is too many for them. They did my lawn for 3 years. My yard looks worse now that I did before they started. The report they'd leave after they "treated"'said they spot sprayed weeds. Little did they know I was home when they were here. They were here literally less then 5 minutes and didn't spot treat weeds. Stay away from this place. read more

Unfortunately, what was once a good service has become a customer service nightmare. I decided early in the year (February) to cancel my service with Weed Man. I have made multiple requests, in writing, to cancel my account that have been ignored. I arrived home today to discover that you have fertilized my yard, against my wishes. This has gone from poor service to potentially damaging my property by applying additional fertilizer to my yard. In addition, I continue to get harassing phone calls explaining that they will not cancel my service - even though I have made several written requests. It seems clear to me that their goal is to simply continue as if nothing has happened in the hopes that I will keep sending them money for a service I no longer want. Be careful before you become trapped by this scheme! read more

We moved into a new house that had a nice lawn, except for a few patches of crabgrass. We contacted Weed Man and they managed to keep my yard weed free for the three years I used them, but couldn't stop the crab grass. I didn't like that they would show up at random, so I called and requested they get verbal permission before coming to service my lawn. The time came for my next service to be applied and I was out of town for an extended period. They called a couple of times but were unable to get permission to treat the lawn. Instead of noting this as a missed treatment in my account and moving on, they came and treated my lawn anyway. When I called to question why they went ahead even though they didn't have my permission, the office stated they were concerned about my lawn and just decided to go ahead. What good does verbal permission do if they don't honor it? I have a dog, which I keep inside during and after treatments. Since I didn't know they were coming, he was allowed to walk in the yard right after treatments. Not good. This was the end of Weed Man servicing my yard. Since I told them I was canceling for next year, I've had no less than 5 phone calls asking about starting service again for his coming year. I won't use Weed Man again. read more

This company solicits my house four times per year and I will never do business with them. Had another horrible and pushy experience on my front porch again tonight where a jerk of a sales person would not stop asking questions and pushing to a ridiculous degree. He wanted me to slam the door in his face. I asked if he understood if what he was doing was irritating me and he said that he understood. I asked if he understood that I'm not interested and he said yes but kept asking why. When I told him why he still asked why I wouldn't accept a free quote. Complete jerk and unnecessarily pushy and just said it was his job. We will never do business with them and I encourage others not to as well. I don't care what their price or service is. It isn't worth the approach they take. Horrible customer service and I'm not even a customer. If this is how they treat people they want. I can't imagine how they behave and interact when you are a customer. read more

They are incredibly responsive and their services work really well. I am a fan. My lawn looks ENTIRELY different. It also helps that they are pretty affordable. read more

Great customer service, very good at following up on the lawn. Our technician also goes above and beyond with helpful notes and recommendations. Highly recommend. I have a weed free lawn now thanks to these guys! read more

I've used them for years. This is the worst experience ever. I use to have the lawn that everyone envied. I have had to pay big bucks to these people only to have them come back time and again to reapply. The last insult is that they continue to harass me over a check that they cashed in June. Unreal. Run Away, Don't think about them. 120.00 treatment in July for weeds, no results. Fungicide, no results, They had the gall to tell me to aerate the lawn when it was already done. I used one dose of spectricide for lawn weeds and had results in 24 hours. Don't even consider them. read more

Been using their service for 12 years. My lawn has gotten better each year. They make it a point to give feedback on watering and mowing which is nice. Would highly recommend because of the customer service and results. read more

Beware of the bait and switch sales tactics they use regarding over seeding and aeration. They use clever wording in their sales pitch to make you think you are getting both services. Be sure the price they quote you is for both services and not just one. read more

Terrible. Continuous calls. On one occasion, they showed up to do a treatment after we had told them not to. I had to walk out there and yell at the serviceman, telling him he has no right to be here - especially since we said no. Completely and utterly terrible. Do not trust this company. Don't use it. Don't have anything to do with it. Enough said. read more

I've been with them for almost 8 years and have no complaints. It improved each year and now I'm very proud of the way my yard looks. They have free touch ups in between the scheduled visits if you call them. Overall I would recommend them. Their customer service is polite and helpful. read more

If I could I would give this business zero stars. I prepaid for services for a year and they did an okay job. I had to keep calling them back because the crabgrass would keeping come back after 24 hours. They came out to my home 2016 (unannounced) and serviced my property without my permission and now they want to charge me. It's amazing how they were able to leave me a message every time before come to my home in 2015 but yet a message fails to come through before the 2016 visit. They reportedly say they have a recording of me agreeing to their continuous renewal service. I have asked them to produced the recording and no response. I left a message for the owner a few times and no response. They keep calling me telling my bill is overdue. I am not paying anything until they call me and produced this recording that they are talking about. You would think that if I prepaid for services for a year they would waive this invoice. But, nooooo they want to be difficult. Stay away from this business they are snakes! The best way to get the word out about this business is through posting reviews and word of mouth. What weed Man has failed to realize is that I have a pretty big network and their potential for any business for any of my contacts is zero, zero, zero. STAY AWAY, RUN AWAY FAST. I rarely give reviews online but I needed to put this buyer beware message out there!! I am close to putting a sign in my yard to tell people to stay away from these crooks. read more

Our lawn was neglected for a long time - we tried to put "weed and feed" down, spot treating, it was just rough. Clover and dandelions and crab grass...oh my. It was not cool. We ended up using Weed Man based on our neighbor also using them, and his lawn looked pretty good. Sure enough, the treatments have helped tremendously and we saw a big improvement this year. The only issue we had is that the crab grass preventative was applied the day of a MASSIVE rainstorm, so that was like $50 down the drain...literally the storm drains. My neighbor was also similarly displeased. And sure enough, the crab grass exploded all over when the conditions were right. Oh well. Aside from the crab grass issue, our fall fertilizer was put down yesterday, and it rained last night. I think our lawn care pro needs to check the weather more often...that is our only criticism. The lawn is much better than it was, and for that I give them 3/5 stars. read more
