They figured out the problem and did a temporary fix so we could get AC over the weekend and came back on Monday with the part needed to fix the furnace (prior owners HVAC guys did some ridiculous wiring that caused the issue). We also had them come back and replace 2 outside faucets and a leak in our ceiling from the water supply. Everything works great! They were on time or called to let me know they were running behind. While transporting large cut tree limbs and brush from our backyard to the front of our home to be grinded, TNT workers damaged a portion of the siding on our garage. These TNT workers never mentioned to us that they hit the side of our garage with tree particles causing damage. We didn't notice the damage until after they had completed the job and left our property. Instead of being integral, notifying us of their mistake and compensating us, we found several strips of Dupont Tyvek tape covering gashes. Character is what you do when no one's watching. Since then we had another large tree removed from our property. We did not call TNT Tree Service & Stump Grinding.

In fact after years of being what seemed like the only employee, I've actually seen other employees there the last few times I've gone. Turnaround times are still about a week and prices are still reasonable too (most alterations under $10) and hopefully the growth of the business doesn't change these things because this is a local business that deserves our support.
