We drove down and told them our plight and they immediately took us in. They removed the damaged splash guard as it wasn't worth trying to save and he replaced a couple of clamps that he saw had rusted away. Then he checked our tires when he thought one was low. Now there are service centers that might take advantage of an opportunity like this but not here! Jeck's is proof that there are still good and honest people in this world. The bill was next to nothing! I don't usually tip at car repair shops but I told them to keep the change! If I was local, this is the place that would be servicing my vehicles! God bless!

I got home from work around 8 PM, parked as usual, and when I went outside at 8 AM to leave for work, my car was gone. They towed my vehicle 10 miles away and then charged me $300 to get my own car back. The person who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude during the entire interaction. He told me my car was towed because my permit "wasn't shown," even though it absolutely was. He also admitted they towed another car because the permit was "hidden," which tells me they are not even properly checking for permits before towing people's vehicles. When I questioned their pricing, he said that if I needed a tow from the side of the road it would be a "different rate," but refused to tell me what that rate even is. Completely sketchy and suspicious behavior. The fact that they can't or won't provide the standard roadside tow rate raises more concerns about the legitimacy of the $300 charge. I also asked for an itemized receipt and proof that my permit supposedly "wasn't there," and they refused to provide either. That alone says everything about how they operate. This was completely unnecessary, stressful, and expensive--especially when my permit was visible the whole time. Their behavior shows a lack of care, professionalism, and accuracy when towing from residential areas.

It took a while for me to work out the financing for the extensive repair and they were completely helpful and patient. After completing the repair, they also replaced the fenders on the RV that I had in the toyhauler's garage. While doing that work, they noticed the suspension was not right after I had just driven it in, effectively, a circle as I had pulled it out for the night then back in the next morning. They realized that someone who had done a repair previously had not done it correctly and it was throwing everything off. They ordered the part they needed and got it fixed RIGHT! I feel so much more secure and safer after their repair as I continue on my RV trip across the US! Thank you guys!

The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

I drove very slow last few miles to the track. My pit crew at the track looked it over and said no way is that safe to drive at highway speeds. (I live 65 miles from Big Diamond Minersville). I left the van outside the pits gate at midnight after our race. I got a ride back home in the race car transporter. I got home just in time to take care of some personal issues. So it is now 1:30 AM and I proceeded to call AAA & told them my "extenuating circumstances" AAA was a pain to deal with and would not tow because I was not there. What a pile of malarkey that AAA people are. So I then just told them to call the tow company (Northern Keystone Towing And Recovery) and have them call me. Andrew from the tow company called me and verified who I am and the owner of said vehicle, where it's at and all the documentation and keys. My special van was picked up immediately within an hour and securely taken care of and delivered to Coopersburg (our own repair shop). Thank You Andrew of Northern Keystone Towing And Recovery
