Terrible experience!!! Bought a 2015 CTS, $27500, car had 4 bent wheels, 2 wheels had the word…read more"bent" written on them. While test driving the car I told the salesman (Kevin Houseman) that I felt a vibration, he stated that it was the road that was causing it and that I should switch roads at which time the vibration stopped. On the way home I felt it again off and on. Took the car to a Cadilac dealer, they showed me the wheels with the word bent written on them. I called R&R and spoke to KH, he told me there was nothing they would do for me. I called Cadilac Corp, nothing, contacted BBB, they wouldn't take the case. One tire got punctured, recently wheels and tires were replaced. R&R wouldn't give me the courtesy of a $16 front license plate bracket, which is the law in NJ. Wheel lock key was missing, had to break locks to change tire.Lousy, lousy customer service. Once they got the money, it was over for me! BEWARE R&R! BEWARE Kevin Houseman!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am writing to formally document my recent experience with the service department at the Frederick…read moreLebanon, PA, location, as well as a follow-up phone call I received from Madison after submitting my dealership feedback review. My initial concern involved a phone conversation with Arthur Fritz, the service manager, regarding parts needed to complete repairs following my vehicle inspection. I had been told I would receive a call with an update on the parts and to schedule the necessary work. When I had not received a call by 5:00 p.m. the day before my temporary appointment, I contacted the dealership myself. During that conversation, Arthur informed me that my parts had arrived and that I had missed a 9:00 a.m. appointment that morning, despite my understanding that my temporary appointment was scheduled for the following day and was subject to change. When I explained that I had been waiting for the promised update, he questioned who had given me that information. After I identified Madison, I asked whether I should still come in for the temporary appointment. Arthur responded, "I don't know, I am not going to call Madison at home." I had not asked him to call her at home. I was simply looking for clarification and assistance from the service manager. The following morning, Madison contacted me and explained that the parts had not yet been delivered, which accounted for the lack of an update. She was apologetic about my experience and helped arrange a loaner vehicle for when the parts arrived. I appreciated her efforts to resolve the original issue. However, after submitting my review, I received another call from Madison. During that conversation, she told me that the call with Arthur had been reviewed and that they did not feel he had been rude and that what I had described was untrue. Yet, during the same conversation, she apologized for his behavior and acknowledged that he should have been nicer. I found these statements contradictory and was disappointed that my account of the interaction was being questioned rather than my concerns being addressed. The conversation also continued to focus on how my negative review made Madison look bad. I understand that receiving negative feedback can be difficult, and I never intended to personally attack anyone. My review was an honest account of my experience as a customer. I should be able to share my concerns without feeling that I need to defend my credibility or take responsibility for how an employee feels the review reflects on them. I have always had a positive opinion of Frederick and genuinely wanted to continue bringing my family's vehicles to your dealership. Madison's initial assistance was appreciated, but the subsequent phone call significantly changed how I feel about the situation. Unfortunately, I have decided that my family will no longer be servicing our vehicles at the Lebanon location. I find it especially disappointing that this situation involved a service manager and that the follow-up to my feedback left me feeling even less heard. A customer service concern should be an opportunity to understand what happened, acknowledge the customer's experience, and work toward a resolution, even when there are differing perspectives on a conversation.
