Super cute little movie theatre…read more We stopped by on a recent trip down south to see my family. This is the retro, small-town cineplex you see in movies and on television, yet very rarely see in real-life unless you live nearby. It was adorable. It's located along the historic downtown Calhoun retail district in an old building (everything downtown is) and it's in great shape. Admission is cheap (at least in comparison with most larger movie theatre franchises and IMAX screens) at this particular little theatre. It plays host to both mainstream and art films and concerts. Flyers for upcoming events are usually posted on the window. It isn't open all day like most theatre locations which I am accustomed to (bummer), bit it's a small town theatre and has its own specific charms. I was impressed. What a little hidden gem! After searching for a reputable DJ we came up on DJ Triplicate. DJ Triplicate stepped up to the plate and made our dreams come true! Prior to the wedding we spoke multiple times and even did a phone consultation to make sure everything would meet our expectations on the big day. On the big day DJ Triplicate arrived early and assembled all of his equipment, he carried through our plans and worked to make sure that everything we wanted music wise was covered. This included silly requests for parent/child dances and much more. DJ Triplicate really showed his skills when he went off the vibes of the party and got everybody involved in the festivities. We loved DJ Triplicate so much that we gladly paid for him to stay longer then planned. He is your man, make the appointment and speak with him, you will not be disappointed!
