The receptionist decided to turn on the stupid TV, asked not to turn it on, she said the boss requires it. The boss is not there watching it. Said she can turn it down, I asked, then why even turn it on? Not everyone wants a TV on first thing in the morning. And not everyone wants to listen to the "View". So, now I am sitting on the floor of the Service Sally port outside for the next several hours waiting on an oil change. I will not come back here for service.
