Business doesn't stand behind life time warranty! I had my truck repaired there it had 28,000 miles on it was less than 2years old. The front bumper was replaced along with other parts. The truck had no rock dings on the old bumper at 28,000 miles. After Precision Collision in Bossier City painted it Within 8,000 miles the paint started to blister up and chip off. By time I got it back to Precision Collision Curry the owner claimed it was rock chips and there Was no Lifetime Warranty on rock chips. We went around and around about it and he said if he repainted it it would cost him $1500.00 out of his pocket. So he claimed it was rock chips no warranty. He had his paint both guy come look and he made the same claim rock chips. There was at least 100 places the paint blistering had came off. I told them both for 28,000 miles I have driven on I-49 and I-30 with no rock chips and now traveling 8,000 on same roads I have 100 rock chips. The response from paint booth guy was you can get rock chips on I-49 and I-30. Then they both told me to take to another paint and body shop and see what they say. I took the truck to 2 different body shops in Plano TX. The first one said the bumper had some kind of contaminant on it when it was painted. The second one laughed when I told him that Precision Collision had claimed it was rock chips. He said there was a contaminant on bumper when painted or the bumper was not primed before painting. I replaced all parts on the truck with OEM parts the cost on my part $1800.00 above what the insurance company would pay. The OEM bumper was primed. The third paint and body shop in Louisiana told me that when painting a front bumper You spray on a Harding liquid (don't remember what it's called) and it has to have time to dry. He told me that they put the final coat of paint on the front bumper before it dried and the liquid is what is blistering up and chipping off the paint. I don't know how the reviews prior before mine were so bad but I had a great experience with this shop. Many auto-collision shops in the area but decided to go with Precision due to the timeliness of when they could get me in, Google/Facebook reviews and I love supporting small businesses. They finished their on my car within the day and were very courteous during communication. Wasn't expecting my car to be detailed either after the fact which was a HUGE plus. I took my SUV to Precision Collision based on the rave reviews they received on Google. I can say that I am well-pleased with the quality of work done on my vehicle as well as the courtesy of the staff. It took a little longer than expected to get my vehicle back but it was worth the wait. I can find nothing negative to say about my experience with Precision Collision. And heaven forbid I ever need to use a body shop again...but if I do I will most certainly use Precision Collision again!! I've been a safe driver for almost 50 years now and this is my first experience having to have my automobile fixed. But Precision Collision got it looking like BRAND NEW again!! This place did an absolute piss poor repair job on my wife's car. Now the average person might think k the work was ok, as did my wife. But I know what to look for in a collision repair. First off, the prep work was done half-assed. There are numerous areas where they just didn't sand good enough or smooth it out good enough, and they even painted over dirt, Yes DIRT! I didn't notice the dirt in the paint until I was washing it. Then I go to change the oil and I see that a BUNCH of those plastic rivets are missing that holds the plastics to the bottom of the car. There is also an entire plastic baffle missing between the door and front fender. The panel gaps are horrible, the gap is very tight on the end then over 3/8" in the middle then back to tight on the other end. I can't believe that my Insurance Company paid over 9 grand for this type of half assed work. Not to mention that they SEVERELY overcharged on the parts. They charged more than TWICE what I can get the same body parts for! (Yes, I called and got prices) And I know that they have wholesale accounts where they can get parts even cheaper than a schmuck like myself can. And the worst part of all this, they took almost two months to complete this half-assed repair. My wife was desperately ready to get her car back, so ready that she went on a day that I wasn't able to go with her. That's the ONLY reason they got away with this crap. If I was the the inspecting this car upon pickup, they would NOT have gotten over on me so easily. I would stay FAR away from this place if you actually want a quality repair done on your vehicle. read more

My daughter was in a wreck and we chose precision collision to do the repairs. We were told they would handle the insurance side of things. I was called and told to come pick up my car. Because I was on vacation I told them I couldn't come for it until 2 days later. I drove 45 min only to be told it wasn't ready. They also had not contacted the insurance company to get part completed and wanted me to pay. After a conversation with the insurance, he allowed me to leave with the car. I returned the car a few days later for the rest of the damage to be repaired. Again I was told the car was ready, come pick it up and again when I got there it was not ready. I went to look at the car and noticed damage to the rim and tire on the opposite side of the car. They said it got stuck in the belt at the detail place that morning. They weren't even going to tell me. Now after 3 weeks, I still don't have the car. I had then write a letter stating the damage would be taken care of at no expense to me. Also, upon entering the place of business, the front desk person was in the near by bathroom talking loudly on the phone for 10 minutes. I spammed doors to let her know I was there and she remained in the bathroom loudly having a personal conversation. I would never take a car to this place! read more

After working in auto body repair and paint refinishing, I know what to expect when looking at a finished repair. That is not what we received. I still haven't checked any gaps, checked for over spray, or anything else. From initial inspection in the rain, numerous retainers are missing from the front end that hold the front inner fender liners to the fenders as well as connects them to the front bumper cover. I haven't gotten underneath to check that those were replaced, but I doubt there were if the ones in the wheel wells weren't replaced. That's just from taking 2 minutes to look at in in the rain. Any decent shop keeps retainers in their current inventory just for this. Good shops keep many different kinds. Not very happy with their work so far. Hoping I don't continue to find half done work. read more
