They did a simple transmission flush. I didn't have to move the car, he was able to work around in my garage easily. Afterwards, he explained their other services and what to do if my transmission ever became a serious problem. They did charge me an additional $75 to come to Parkville, But I thought it was worth it since I didn't have to drive to my usual mechanic and wait for them to finish the job. He saved me about a day's worth of waiting and driving.

With no tools to extract the bolt out I called The one and only Jimmy T at Letko Cycles at 2:30 on a Saturday and told him I had an emergency. The relief my son had when Jimmy handed me the other half of the broken bolt was huge knowing the race was on! This is why I have been a customer of Letko Cycles for over 20 years! They may not always be the cheapest but they will always do what ever it takes to help me out when they can to get me to the races. Thanks again fellas!

But this year, they broke our spark plug and tried to charge us $1200 to fix. Now, you might think, that happens sometimes. It 100% will if your service department doesn't put anti-seize on the spark plugs. This thing was so burnt in that we had to drill out the hole and retap the head because it couldn't be removed. We took it out a few days a year the last 2 years and always had summarization done. There's no way the amount of burn in happened in 1 year if they're performing the maintenance they say they are properly. They refuse to take any blame or accountability. Thankfully I'm lucky enough to know a great mechanic who was able to fix this for me. Reno's is very clean inside. I have felt that the sales and parts people have been nice. However, the inability for the business to take any accountability as the only people to work on this jet ski is something I can't understand or give my money to.

My husband's desired scooter was not in the shop and the owner called a former satisfied customer that had that exact scooter and asked her if she had time to ride up to the shop so we could see it in person before we ordered.
