During this time I was also waiting for him to come retrieve his "for sale" sign (he'd also never put a "sold" sign on it). After this time had gone by and I still hadn't heard from him, and with a "for sale" sign still in the yard of our new home, I sent an email to Ron McIntyre requesting information on the trip and asking him to come get his sign. I never heard back. That was 3 months ago. The sign was finally removed when I got in touch with our agent. It doesn't strike me as very professional to advertise something and then not only fail to deliver, but to never even have the courtesy of replying to an email.

It's incredibly difficult and frustrating to even get a person on the phone. Much less get actual maintenance people in. We submitted a request for maintenance, didn't hear back for 1 month. Then, they no called no showed to the appointment. Didn't hear a thing until 2 months later where they randomly showed up after the problem had been resolved BY US. This company is the worst and I wouldn't recommend signing a lease with ANY of their locations. They truly don't care about anything but money. The apartments are total shit holes, even for $1,000-1,500 apartments.

I am a single women living alone I don't need the crowd that comes threw these air b and bs having full access to my building, that's not secure, not to mention no cameras in building or parking lot.
