I work out of my home, so I need to adjust my schedule accordingly to accommodate showings, which I fully understand. Wednesday comes, I leave the house (and my work) at 10:00 a.m. to make sure the realtor has the house ready if she shows up a little early. Windermere's agent NO SHOWS...and worse still, doesn't even reach out to my realtor to let him know she isn't coming. So we waited for over an hour for Windermere's agent and client...without the common courtesy of letting us know they changed their mind for whatever reason. A simple, short text..."Not Coming" would have been adequate. Instead, we weren't even given the slightest common courtesy of a response informing us the showing was off. Windermere and their agent are the most unprofessional, unethical realty firm I have ever experienced!

Finding Jeanie Kendall checked every box and so many more. Working with Jeanie was an absolute pleasure. From the very first meeting, Jeanie made us feel completely at ease with her warm and approachable demeanor. She took the time to really listen to what we wanted in a home, and her knowledge of the local market was unparalleled. Jeanie's dedication to her clients goes above and beyond. She was always available to answer our questions, provide valuable insights, and guide us through every step of the home-buying process. Her attention to detail and commitment to finding the perfect home for us were truly impressive. But what really sets Jeanie apart is her genuine care for her clients. We have done a lot of real estate transactions, and I have to say this was the most unprofessional transaction I have ever been involved with. We had to accept or reject with a 5p.m. deadline.
