He texted me this morning that he got $15,000 for the truck but said he would try to get more! End of the day, ended up with a payout of $17,206.50. Of course State Farm took deductible, $400 for their appraiser and storage fees! Nico's fee was a flat $550, not a percentage of the value! He told me if he didn't get more than the proposed insurance payout, I would get the fee back!!! very pleased customer!!

Gary is knowledgeable, meticulous with his records, honest, truthful, very, very competent and has an outstanding staff. To even claim he, or any estate dealer, would destroy a customer's items and throw them away shows no knowledge of the business and probably a dependence on --- what??
