Like any decent human we let customer service know what kinda car it was and they just asked if the windows were cracked, and they were, then seemed to brush it off. We were in there for about ten minutes and was still there the dog was panting pretty fast when we came out so we called non emergency and waited to see if someone came to the car. Now knowing that it was an employee's son that was shopping and picking her up made it 100 times worst. They could've pave the car owner or just talk to her since they known and do something about it. I was enraged and called to talk to the store director, who had a nonchalant attitude about it and immediately knew who the car belong to. And said that they don't do anything about animals only for kids. Just saying animals are living creatures too so maybe she should sit in the car for 15 minutes at least on a day like this and see how she feels when no one does anything to help. Never in my life will I step foot in this place again!

I called and asked if my prescription was ready. She said it was and asked if I had insurance. I informed her I had GoodRx and would be using that to get the price advertised on the GoodRx website. I was informed that they don't accept GoodRx. They only take manufacturer coupons or insurance. I explained that Price Chopper was a selection on the GoodRx website, explained to her how GoodRx works etc - she was clueless and rude. Refused to honor GoodRx price even when I provided all info listed on the "coupon". I pulled prescription from Price Chopper and sent to Hy-Vee using GoodRx. Hy-Vee filled prescription immediately and with great customer service. Lesson learned. Price Chopper is awful. Shop your prescription prices and stay away from Price Chopper.

The florist was able to take my wife's picture (which was mostly in her head) and make it into things that were beautiful. They were delivered on time and turned out perfect. The catering was even better and I cannot recommend Hy-Vee enough in this area. I paid $1800 to feed 175 people. We went with light appetizers and added an extra appetizer to the list. They provided serving trays and drinks/cups as well. It was a wedding on a tight budget and the most expensive item short of my wife's ring was the catering. We provided our own plates and silverware to cut costs. We were promised plenty of food. That's exactly what we got. 200 people showed up and we took home enough food to eat for a week. The fruit ran out but no one complained about not getting any (and it was served and arranged beautifully). For everything else including the drinks there was a surplus. On top of that it all tasted great (it was a rare wedding where the bride and groom got to eat too!). We heard a lot of compliments on the food. Best of all was how helpful and convenient they were. We had a few people meet the caterers at our reception site (a few miles from the wedding). They dropped everything off and got it set up and my wife and I never heard anything about any issues. We paid an extra $40 to have them come pick all the servers and such up which seemed cheap to us and meant neither us or our guests had to mess with it. Everything about the experience was designed so that we could focus on our wedding and our guests could enjoy the afternoon. We called them based on several positive references from people we know and now recommend them to anyone who is looking for a caterer.

I got an oil change a couple days ago, the cashier k ew the trick so she inserted my card 3 times then swiped it before it would work. Today I went to get my prescriptions, again, denied, denied denied. They too knew the trick, insert card in reader 3 times ,get denial then swipe. Only it didn't work over there. I walked away "without" my prescriptions and went on thru the store picked up essentials and headed to checkout. The guy at checkout also knew the trick and he also stated that in the electronics dept. It's the worst, everyday. Anyway inverted card 3 times, denied then swipe and it processed. So then I went back to pharmacy had to wait for then to put my order together AGAIN. I then took my prescriptions to front register when I left my purchased items earlier and did the whole insert card 3xs again and then swipe before it would process my card. Really Wal-Mart!!!!!! This is not acceptable. This happens everytime I shop there and since the employees know it's an issue don't you think it's time to fix the problem. I know I'm not the only one having this issue. I will take my business elsewhere if this does not get resolved, I am not going thru the Hassel evertime I shop.
