She answers the phone and if you are in the middle of a conversation when closing time comes or lunch time comes, she abruptly says to call back the next day and hangs up. This reminded me why I hate this Company. In the past I've received someone else's scripts and they didn't seem to care. Rude and incompetent by far. WORST PHARMACY EVER!

Tonight 7:45 i was put on hold again and it was time to close the pharmacy but the pharmacy does not close till 9 pm anyway again i was put on hold. This young woman does not want to talk to customers at all. She will lose your customers if you don't get rid of her. I don't know her name but she does not need a job. She does not belong to work in a customer oriented business.

The service is always quick and the Pharmacy employees are the BEST. They have always tried to help me find a way to save money on expensive prescriptions. Never waited less than 20-25 minutes to pick up a prescription that was already filled. All they…read moreneeded to do was hand me the prescription and let me pay but they never ask people who are having theirs filled to get out of line and wait til they're called. Don't even get me started in the drive through pharmacy pickup. They allow people to just wait there for 30+ minutes at a time while their prescription is filled. Don't use this pharmacy if you value your time because it's obvious they don't.

I got an oil change a couple days ago, the cashier k ew the trick so she inserted my card 3 times then swiped it before it would work. Today I went to get my prescriptions, again, denied, denied denied. They too knew the trick, insert card in reader 3 times ,get denial then swipe. Only it didn't work over there. I walked away "without" my prescriptions and went on thru the store picked up essentials and headed to checkout. The guy at checkout also knew the trick and he also stated that in the electronics dept. It's the worst, everyday. Anyway inverted card 3 times, denied then swipe and it processed. So then I went back to pharmacy had to wait for then to put my order together AGAIN. I then took my prescriptions to front register when I left my purchased items earlier and did the whole insert card 3xs again and then swipe before it would process my card. Really Wal-Mart!!!!!! This is not acceptable. This happens everytime I shop there and since the employees know it's an issue don't you think it's time to fix the problem. I know I'm not the only one having this issue. I will take my business elsewhere if this does not get resolved, I am not going thru the Hassel evertime I shop.
