We never did manage to set up a tasting so we went in blind... and the food was AWESOME!! I told her what my hubby and I like, what dietary restrictions our guests had, and she came up with a beautiful menu full of variety that everyone STILL raves about!! Seriously, the food was so good. Also - our venue was a boat without much of a kitchen to speak of - so the fact that everything tasted fresh and not like it had been made at 9am was AMAZING. My only complaint was the actual catering staff themselves. They did their job well, but they just seemed... grumpy... about being there. Some of the guests picked up on it. That's the only reason I've given them a 4 and not a 5. Delicious food within my budget. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Nice live music. 0KM is part of Primo, but I felt the experience was pretty special, and tasty, and deserved its own review! I had actually been wanting to get here all summer, so I was in the midcoast area today and decided to pop over. You have to wait in line and get your order in, so grab your table and have someone get in line, fairly long wait! We had oysters, Yum, Arancini, mussels, beef, sliders, and a maple frosted donut! Relaxing environment, outside, listening to some tunes and getting some nice small plates! We had the pleasure of getting the Trillium experience at another wedding and literally planned our wedding date around their availability--they are just that good. From the moment we had our tasting (which was the highlight of the wedding planning experience), we knew we were in for something special. The food wasn't just good--it was extraordinary. Every bite, from the appetizers (lobster rolls!!) to the desserts, left our guests raving. The service provided by Michael, Abigale and their team was impeccable. They ensured every detail was flawlessly executed, and we never had to worry about a thing. During the cocktail hour, they made sure the we (bride and groom) were always taken care of, keeping our drinks full and our plates loaded with the most delicious appetizers. They even went above and beyond by sourcing a cider from Washington DC, where we first met--a truly personal and thoughtful touch. We were genuinely sad when we finished our doggie bag containers of the wedding food; it was that memorable. We can't recommend Trillium highly enough for anyone planning a wedding in Maine. Their exceptional food, attention to detail, and remarkable service made our day unforgettable.
