I had a frustrating experience after multiple visits for an evaporative cooler that was tripping a…read morebreaker. The technician came out more than once, but the problem was never properly diagnosed. What concerns me most is that a visibly improper wiring connection (taped and not professionally installed) was missed during these 2 visits, even though it appears to be a likely cause of the issue. Instead, I was quoted for a broader repair that included replacing additional components such as wiring and a thermostat, without first isolating and confirming the root cause. The process stretched out over time, including a canceled appointment, and ultimately the job was not completed by Kelly Rush. His choice. He didn't charge me, but what a waste of time. While this approach may work for customers who prefer a full replacement of a thermostat plus exterior wiring (without pinpointing the main issue first). It was not a good fit for my situation, where I was looking for a more narrowed step-by-step diagnostic process. He quoted me 425.00 for a thermostat and exterior rewire. I did not get the choice to make sure my thermostat was even faulty. For context, I was open to upgrading the thermostat, but my primary goal was to correct what appeared to be a previous installer's improper wiring on the exterior of a new Mastercool 6410 unit. I would recommend making sure a thorough inspection and clear diagnosis are done upfront before moving forward with repairs. Photos of the wiring condition were also provided after the initial visits, which further highlighted the concern.

My evap cooler finally died during a 100° day, shopped around with many companies from 'converting…read moreto RA' to 'replacing' my perfectly adequate evap cooler. What I liked about Rush Maintenance is that evaps are his specialty. Kelly (owner) immediately gave me an estimate, and soon thereafter quoted me a fair price. I was scheduled for 3rd day 8AM. He arrived promptly, replaced entire system, cleaned-up, & left before noon. My home even got cold that night--loved it! I asked him if my long-time heating unit needed replacement, he checked it, said no & explained why, I appreciate the honesty. No problems, very satisfied. I recommend Rush as he will get my repeat business. A plus: He speaks Spanish.

We contacted Secure Electrical Contractors and within ten minutes Moises contacted us to schedule an appointment at our convince to service the electrical panel. He did explained every step of the process and found the original wiring when the house was purchased was not completed up to code. The repairs took one day with Miguel completing the work in a timely and professional manner the same day! The greatest thing I admire about Moises is his sense of community in which he is teaching his own kids the electrical trade which is definitely a plus for any person to learn. Great customer service from the beginning to the end of the project and will definitely recommend the company to my family and friends. William R

The utility company could have done it a day earlier but didn't because Secure Electric told us to just tell them to "just unlock the meter." However after theyre super overprice quote I did some research and got a second opinion and figured out the problem and called El Paso Electric again to fix it but we were still without power for 2 days because of them. Plus they charged $200 to lie to us. They misled us and confused us more and quoted us a bunch of unnecessary work just to over charge us and when I politely asked for at least our money back since they didnt even provide a correct diagnostic the wife said they would but next day the owner of the company came by and said "nope never mind were not gonna refund you afterall" despite getting caught red handed trying to screw us. As you can read in the texts had they refunded us we would've forgiven them even though they tried to screw us over but after they said they arrogantly said were not willing to even do that and " we don't care if you post this" Im left with no choice but to post up all the details as a warning to others. They act real polite and everything but they are just out to screw you. Hire literally ANYONE ELSE

Our AC system was installed by 4tech during our new build just under four years ago, and we have…read morehad nothing but ongoing issues since day one. Despite being a brand-new home with brand-new units, both systems have repeatedly stopped working--one due to a motor failure, and later the other for the same issue. No repair they have performed has lasted more than six months. In the beginning, these failures were covered, but now we are being billed $200 for yet another repair on equipment that has never functioned reliably for a full year. It is incredibly frustrating to have continuous problems with what should be high-quality, long-lasting systems in a new build. To make matters worse, their customer service has been unprofessional and inconsiderate. Just yesterday, they came at an unagreed-upon time. I even left work early to be home because they said they would return--yet they never showed. There was no communication, no respect for my time, and absolutely no accountability. Overall, they have been unwilling to acknowledge or correct the repeated quality issues with the units they installed. After four years of unreliable AC, repeated breakdowns, and poor customer service, I cannot recommend them.

Although my AC unit was 12 years old, I was always, always happy and satisfied with their service. So when it came time to replace the old unit, I never hesitated in having them do the work. Javier, one of their best techs, with much patience, explained our options and going with a quick repair would have cost a lot more down the road and still would have required a new installation. They quickly assessed the situation and what was needed that day and completely installed the following day. The two installers, Sergio and Yager were incredibly fast, careful, and efficient. They did a beautiful job insulating the duct from the unit to my house, seal-coated everything, and left the work area clean. On top of all their work, they didn't mind the variety of questions we asked. Nope not at all, both gentleman were patient, respectful, and thorough about answering our questions. The owner, Kike (Enrique) was just as professional and courteous throughout the project. Listen, I am not an employee or paid for giving this review. I stand by my experience with 4 Tech A/C Services, they are good people with a wealth of knowledge in the HVAC industry. You can't go wrong with them! I forgot to mention the office staff. The ladies in the office were incredibly nice from Karen, Kike's wife, and I am sorry, I didn't catch the third lady's name. I really appreciated their help and efficiency. Thank you ladies and Forgive me for leaving you out.

Our A/C units are showing their age and have needed multiple repairs in the year that we have been here. Other companies are frequently late, or do not show at all. We have had Oscar take care of our A/C twice already, and both times he is on time, efficient, and he educates us on why the unit is giving us trouble. He is absolutely fantastic, and it makes me feel confident to have someone trustworthy who I can call when there is a problem. THIS is the company that we will be going to for our a/c needs.
